If you are looking for a villa located near the sea, but also with a private pool, Villa Balera located in Zadar is a great choice. The villa offers five bedrooms and can accommodate ten guests.
The villa is spread over three floors. Three bright and comfortable bedrooms with double beds are located on the third floor, as well as a large bathroom with two washbasins. Two bedrooms have a balcony. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with a double bed that have access to a balcony where you can relax with a good book. There is also a bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room equipped with a TV, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in an open space concept. In the garden of the villa you can relax by the private pool, enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or relax in a hammock in the shade. You can enjoy a refreshing drink or a delicious meal on the covered terrace. There is also a wood and charcoal barbecue, where you can try out your culinary skills. In the courtyard there is also a playground area where our younger guests will surely enjoy themselves, and where both adults and children can have fun playing darts.

Zadar is the oldest continuously-inhabited Croatian city. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea, in the northwestern part of the Ravni Kotari region. It traces its earliest evidence of human life from the late Stone Age, while numerous settlements date as early as the Neolithic. Modern-day Zadar is like an open-air museum filled with vivid streets and narrow alleys which are leading you through its magnificent and permanent museum display. The city walls are the ancient guardians of the rich history and places like the ancient Roman Forum, built by emperor Gaius Julius Caesar Octavian or many old churches and monasteries, some of which even date back to the early Middle Ages. There are also modern-day attractions like the world-famous Sea Organ and The Greeting to the Sun. If you wish to explore beautiful Croatian nature, from Zadar you can plan your day trips by car to five absolutely stunning national parks; Plitvice Lakes, Kornati, Northern Velebit, Krka and Paklenica, and three nature parks; Velebit, Telascica and Vrana Lake.
The pool and living room were brilliant areas for the whole family to hang out. We created some great memories during our week here. The landlord was also very kind to setup a kids' swing for our toddler. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Villa sah besser aus als auf den Bilder. Die Küche war leider nicht so gut ausgestattet, was auch fast unsere einziger Kritikpunkt war. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlichen und man hatte eine einfache Kommunikation.
Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Besitzern. Wir waren zu neunt in dem Haus und haben uns nie eingeengt gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich mit einer großen Couch. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa ist perfekt, wir waren dort paar Tage und sind sehr zufrieden. Es gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen:)

perfect place. Spacious, well equiped, nice pool area. huge BBQ,. friendly, helpfull owner.
The Villa and the hosts are amazing. There was 9 of us and it felt always very spacious and airy. Mattresses very comfortable. Kitchen equipped and the hosts even gave us 2 bottles of local wine and spirits. Heated pool, Dedicated BBQ.. what can we ask more?! Just excellent.
