Villa with private pool near Zadar

We are a family from Germany with 4 children, (19, 17, 14 and 11 years). We stayed 2 weeks at Vila Banovi and had a wonderful time! The Vila is absolutely clean and very spacious, three nice bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom plus one extra bathroom downstairs. It is equipped with everything you need. In case something is missing, the owner will bring it promptly. All rooms are air conditioned, very quiet, so you feel comfortably but not disturbed by noise during the night. The pool is great, The owner cleans it every morning, so you can enjoy it inside the nice garden. There is even a gym room, that we used quite often. The owners live right opposite the house in this little village. They are wonderful, warm hearted people. They live hospitality!!! They gave us a very warm welcome with typical Croation appetizers and home made honey liquor. One evening they prepared the best fish dinner we ever had in Croatia with their own vegetables and wine.. Summing up we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back! P.s. it is a half hour drive to Zadar town, to the airport of Zadar, to the beautiful town of Nin and about 1,5 hours drive to Krka National Park

Veľmi krásna a priestranná vila s veľkorysým a luxusným vybavením. Bolo tam naozaj pekne deti si veľmi užili bazén. Majitelia boli milý a pohostinní, určite sa tam ešte vrátime.

We are a Swiss family of 4, with 2 kids of 8 and 5 years old. We spent one week at the Villa Banovi. It was our first time at this villa but we will definitely come back. What a place! The villa, all brand new and so much cosy, is situated in a quite, small and safe village. Thus, still central to reach out to different sightseeings and activities. The grocery shops are 5 mins drive away. The villa is as beautiful as shown on the pictures. The 3 spacious, air conditioned and very cosy rooms, in addition to 4 bathrooms are truly very practical. The house is extremely clean and has everything you may need for the stay, and even much more! Everything is functioning perfectly. The swimming pool with changing lights and the lightening in the garden are the highlights of the place. We could enjoy the swimming pool and the garden to the fullest. What you don’t see on the pictures and what merites to be mentioned is the special atmosphere in the village and the hosts. The hosts are absolutely amazing people - there is nothing to add. We were impressed by their big hearts, sincere kindness, modesty and availability, yet without being annoying and invasive. They made us feel totally comfortable and secure. We are very thankful. Our kids didn’t want to leave the Banovi Villa! As well as us. And it says it all!
