Jasenica is one of the most diverse regions of Zadar County. The combination of the sea, the Velebit Mountains, the Mediterranean vegetation and the Zrmanja River with its gorges creates a favourable climate with a large number of sunny days. Fresh air is especially useful for people who have problems with their heart and breathing, and besides the health benefits, there are also a handful of historical, cultural and natural pearls worth exploring. Apart from the proximity to the sea (the villa is only 200 meters from the first beach) you are surrounded by national parks and nature reserves, and the city of Zadar (35 km) can not be described in words - you simply have to visit it, in its uniqueness and age over 3,000 years.

als Bewertung würden wir 100 Sterne vergeben , Haus war einfach SUPERLATIVE! Jellena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen , vetraunsvoll betreut und herzlich verabschidet. das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern, Sehr empfehlenswert für relax und ruhige Zeit.
Eine schöne Villa mit einem traumhaften Blick! Es ist alles sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Lage ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Nach Zadar ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und nett. Ein toller Urlaubsort um abzuschalten und die Sonnenuntergänge unvergesslich!
