Modern villa with pool near the beach

Villa K3 is perfectly located on the beautiful island of Pasman, close to Zadar. It is the ideal holiday home for small families or couples who would like to spend their holidays together.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and air condition. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while in the third are 2 single beds that can be put together into one double bed. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The dining area leads to the outdoor lounge area that is perfect for relaxation and is equipped with a Sat-TV. And refreshment is available in the private pool that is accompanied by sun loungers, on which you can get the perfect summer tan. The villa is part of a complex of 4 villas. All the villas are the same and have identical equipment. So if you are a bigger group, you can rent more than one villa. The villas are fully air-conditioned and have free WiFi.

The island Pašman is a charming island located close to Zadar and Biograd. It is a beautiful island, with a wealth of herbs and pine trees that are responsible for the intense and irresistible Mediterranean scents in the air. But not only is the island famous for its beautiful nature and beaches, but also for its rich culture and architecture that goes back to the 12th century AD. The island is definitely worth a visit and it is connected with the island of Ugljan via a bridge, so there is even more to explore.

Wir 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder waren sehr beeindruckt von dem Haus . Sauber modern Preis Leistung Top. Die Vermieter sehr sehr nett tolle Tipps gegeben zum Restaurant etc . Die Kinder waren sehr angetan vom Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt alles vorhanden . Das Meer nur 2minuten entfernt super zu laufen . Selten so ein schönes klares Meer gesehen mit Sandstrand. Man kann sehr weit rein laufen und dann schwimmen in dem herrlichen Wasser . Es ist sehr ruhig auf der Insel ideal für ruhesuchende. Wir kommen wieder . Genial weiter so .
Super Ferienhaus mit optimaler Ausstattung auch für eine größere Familie. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, wobei wir uns alle, vor allem die Kinder mit dem zur Villa gehörigen Pool, sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand liegt nur ca. 200 m von der Villa entfernt und ist über eine wenig befahrene Straße zu erreichen, sodass unser Kinder (6 und 7 Jahre alt auch alleine den Weg nehmen konnten. Der Sandstrand geht eher flach ins Meer und ist sehr sauber gehalten. Die Vermieter bewohnen ein Haus daneben und sind so jederzeit für Eventualitäten erreichbar bzw. auch immer für Auskünfte ansprechbar. Die Gegend ist noch nicht sehr vom Massentourismus eingenommen und daher sehr ruhig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen 10 Tagesaufenthalt mit traumhaftem Wetter.
