Dalmatian estate with pool on the island of Ugljan

Are you looking for an authentic villa in Dalmatia? Villa La Maison Adriatique offers you the opportunity to spend your holiday in a rustic Dalmatian estate on the beautiful island of Ugljan. The complex consists of two houses and a courtyard, where up to 13 persons can enjoy an authentic living style without missing out on the advantages of a private pool.
The furnishings are lovingly designed and reflect the traditional style of the region.
In the first house, you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a summer kitchen area on the first floor.
The second house is a little smaller. There, the ground floor also consists of a cosy open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
The highlight of the villa is certainly the private courtyard, where you will find not only the pool in the garden but also an outdoor dining area for up to 12 persons, a charcoal barbecue and a ready-to-use bread oven. Furthermore, the courtyard has an extremely charming outdoor seating area, which invites you to relax and end the day with a nice drink... Did we make you curious? More pictures coming soon.

Villa La Maison Adriatique is located in Preko, a settlement on the east coast of the island of Ugljan. As it has the only ferry port on the island, it is also the main transport hub of Ugljan. The beautiful nature of the island with its olive groves, vineyards, macchia, forests and sandy and rocky beaches makes Ugljan a heavenly holiday destination. In Preko you can admire the typical Dalmatian architecture. Visit, for example, the Romanesque church of St. John the Baptist from the 12th century or the ruins of St. Michael's fortress from the 13th century. The ferry takes you in just 30 minutes to nearby Zadar, which was already a settlement in Illyrian times. Discover the rich cultural heritage and sights such as the sea organ and the light installation "Greeting to the Sun". Also, don't miss the opportunity to see if Alfred Hitchcock was right in claiming that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world!
