The villa features four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed and is perfect for children. It is possible to separate two double beds into single beds upon request. There is also one separate toilet.

Villa Rita Regina is located on the edge of the municipality of Vrsi on a small peninsula in the north-western part of North Dalmatia. The villa is only 550m away from the beach and all amenities you need for a carefree holiday are within walking distance. The selection of beaches is huge in this area and most of them are family-friendly with gently sloping sandy pebble beaches. The beautiful city of Zadar with the historic old town and its romantic promenade is only 20km away. It is worth visiting - it has a very special flair, especially in the evening. Listen to the famous sea organ or watch the "Greeting to the sun". Many restaurants and cafes tempt you with fresh fish, delicious local dishes or homemade ice cream.
