Charming villa Tiffany with private pool is located on the seafront in the small town of Baric Draga with fantastic views and a beautiful beach in front of the property. The villa is an ideal place for a quiet vacation for large groups or larger families.
The villa also has a private mooring and the possibility of renting a 6 meter dinghy. The villa itself sits on a spacious plot of 1000 square meters that guarantees privacy and tranquility. Guests of the villa have access to sports facilities that will make their stay in the villa more interesting, and younger guests will surely enjoy swings, slides and other facilities :) The private pool is located in front of the villa and will please all guests. Fans of grilling will surely prepare dinner or lunch on the charcoal grill in the villa's garden.
The interior of the villa consists of a total of seven bedrooms for a maximum of 16 people. All rooms are double rooms, in 3 bedrooms there is an extra bed. The villa is divided into ground floor with dining room, kitchen, living room, toilet, bedroom, bathroom and first floor with the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The famous coastal town of Zadar is 65 km away from the villa. Paklenica National Park is a 20-minute drive away, as is the ferry to the island of Pag. A restaurant and a grocery shop can be found in Barić Draga. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere and the hospitality of the local people are the reason why many guests return to the village year after year, creating a friendly atmosphere.
The villa is located in a beautiful bay at the foot of Mt. Velebit called Baric Draga. Today, it is a village with merely a hundred inhabitants who engage in traditional coastal activities such as fishing and tourism. It is significant that Baric Draga and its surrounding coves, within a 5 kilometer radius, have a far greater number of houses than there are residents. These are vacation houses with one or more apartments. Its peaceful and serene setting and hospitability of locals are the reason why numerous guests return to the village year after year, creating a friendly atmosphere. The Bura wind is the reason why the air is so clean, and such air, in combination with the sea, has beneficial health effects. Other than that, the lack of mass tourism makes Baric Draga a place of true tranquility and rest. Baric Draga traditionally celebrates Assumption, a holiday that best portrays the friendly relationship between the locals and tourists. The celebration has been even better after the promenade was remodeled and everyone can certainly feel welcome here and enjoy the magic of this small littoral village.
