Biograd na Moru is a
small tourist town located in the heart of the Adriatic coast, between the cities of Zadar and Sibenik. It offers its residents and visitors numerous facilities such as
first-class restaurants and bars,
various events that take place throughout the year and an

Biograd is a small town
rich in history. It was first mentioned in the 10th century, while in the 12th century it developed as a
royal town, in which the Croatian-Hungarian King Koloman was crowned. In addition to being a royal town, it was also the
centre of the Episcopate, which is reflected in
Christian sacred buildings such as the Church of St Anastasia, the Church of St Ante and the Church of St Roko. Its history is also visible in the depths of the sea, where you will find numerous shipwrecks that are a popular destination for scuba divers.
Today, this Dalmatian town excudes
simplicity and charm. Near the town, you will find beautiful
pebble and sandy beaches, dense
pine forests and two
marinas overlooking the Pasman Channel and the islands. A series of beaches starts with the hotel beach in front of the Ilirija and Adriatic hotels and continues along the pebble beach of Drazice to the sandy bay of Soline. These beaches are an
excellent choice for families with children. When you get hungry, you will find many cafés and fast-food restaurants at the beaches. If you are someone who doesn't spend hours relaxing in the sun, we recommend that you choose one of the activities such as pedal boats or kayaks, with which you can
explore hidden bays.
For all adrenaline addicts, the
Fun Park Biograd is located near the town. This park is the first theme park in Croatia and
covers an area of 45,000 m2. Here you can enjoy fun rides on the roller coaster, panoramic rides, mega swings and a water slide. In addition to the numerous rides, all visitors, from the youngest to teenagers to parents, are entertained by singers, dancers, magicians, stand-up comedians and entertainers. Biograd Boat Fair takes place, the most important Central European boat fair. Every year the Boat Show attracts over 600,000 guests from all over the world who come to see the latest innovations on the market.
