This lovely house was restored in a way that preserves the traditional charm of rural Istrian houses, while on the other hand being modern and comfortable enough for complete relaxation. Already at first glance it is obvious that a lot of love and care was put into making this villa a perfect holiday residence for a lovely vacation. Stone walls, wooden ceilings and furniture combined with hand picked colourful yet simple details create a warm and inviting feeling. Villa Florinda has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 + 1 guests. If you like soaking up the sun or exploring the surroundings, a private pool with sun loungers and 4 bicycles are at your disposal. But if you´re staying at Villa Florinda during colder weather, make sure you relax in the private sauna.

The enchanting little hilltop town of Svetvincenat lies in the heart of rural Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula, surrounded by the dreamlike scenery dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and vineyards. The symbol of the town is the well-preserved medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, which dominates the main square. During the summer and autumn months it becomes the stage for various unique music, art and ethno festivals. Charming little cafes, shops and nice restaurants complement the laid-back atmosphere, while a simple stroll through the winding streets will soon put you in touch with the town's long history. There are plenty of biking and walking trails around the town, while the famous vibrant seaside resorts along the beautiful coastline are only a short drive through the scenic countryside away.

Wir waren 3 Wochen im September 2021 dort . Mit 3 Hunden … das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön . Im istrianischem Stil mit wirklich viel Ambiente, perfekt für Hunde. Das Wetter war sehr gut und warm. Zum Meer ca. 30 min mit dem Auto . Sehr gut zu erreichen . Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind in ca. 15- 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen . Der Pool war toll , groß und sauber . Küche war ok . Alles da. Allerdings sind die Bäder renovierungsbedürftig. Die Klobbrillen hängen schief auf der Toilette und das hat sehr genervt. Es gibt nur eine Dusche oben im Bad und da waren die Duschvorhänge unten schon verschimmelt . Ziemlich ekelhaft und für das tolle Haus sehr unwürdig. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden. Sonst sehr sauber alles ! Die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt. Ich kann das schöne stilvolle empfehlen.
