Wonderful villa with big garden and private pool

Authentic villa Ive is located in the Istrian hinterland not far from touristy towns like Vodnjan or Pula. The beautiful villa combines modern furniture with traditional exposed wooden beams and stone elements.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with double beds, one located on the ground floor while the other 4 are spread over the first floor. All the bedrooms approve over air conditioners and two bedrooms have nice balconies with a view over the green hills and romantic hamlets. The stylish and comfortable living and dining area is connected to a completely equipped kitchen and offers a little fireplace for colder evenings. Outdoors you will be enchanted by the big, tended garden of villa Ive with an Istrian kazun (antique Istrian settlements) just next to the inviting pool surrounded by sun loungers which are the perfect place to unwind and get some refreshment in the inviting pool. There is a nice, covered outdoor eating area with a big wooden table and a traditional grill place perfect for gatherings and dinners with a pool view. Enjoy in the big, tended garden which also offers some activities for children if you are travelling with family. Start your holidays right in this amazing villa.

The fantastic villa Ive is located in a small, picturesque small town Orbanici in central Istria. Here you can explore the magical Istrian hinterland with wonderful nature and all tasty specialities like truffles, homemade honey, cheese, prosciutto ham and much more! The first beaches are located 10 km from the villa near Fazana. From here you can quickly reach the impressive island and national park Brijuni by ferry or with a boat trip. Nearby there is the biggest touristy centre Pula with its breathtaking amphitheatre and numerous restaurants, bars and a rich nightlife. Just 5 km away from the villa there is an adrenalin park, ideal for an amusing day trip for the whole family. If you want to explore the charming small town surrounding you, you should visit medieval cities like Svetvincenat, Vodnjan and Bale, famous for their beautiful squares, narrow streets, taverns, shops and bars. Villa Ive awaits you!

Z eno besedo- čudovitoooooo... Senca, sonce, intima, mir kraaaasna hiša 😊🍀
Die Villa liegt ein wenig versteckt im Istrischen-Hinterland und war sehr gut ausgestattet, hat viel Platz im Innenbereichen gehabt und man fühlte sich auf anhieb wohl. Der gepflegte und schöne Garten, der große Pool und zusätzliche Whirlpool waren auch alle mitunter gepflegt und ohne bedenken zu benutzen. Sonnenschirme waren auch zwei riesige an der Pool-Landschaft vorhanden. Dem Haus stehen zwei abgesperrte Parkplätze zur Verfügung und einer außerhalb, man braucht aber deswegen keine Bedenken haben. Außer dem WLAN war alles perfekt (nur kurze Reichweite und nicht wirklich für 8 Personen ausreichend). Auch mit der Kommunikation zu den Vermietern, welche sehr freundlich waren gab es keinerlei Probleme und waren stets zuvorkommend. Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit in der Villa Ive sehr genossen und können daher die Unterkunft jederzeit nur weiterempfehlen.
