Welcome to Villa Qualia - a 130 year old restored family villa in Central Istria. This beautiful villa is the perfect mix of traditional Istrian charm combined with modern design and details that will surely make you feel comfortable while staying at this villa.

Villa Qualia boasts a total of 4 designer bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and 3 bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and they share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom each, can be found on the second floor as well as a terrace.
The living area and kitchen, as well as a guest WC are on the ground floor, on the same level as the pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated at request. There is also a well equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a seating area for 8.
The villa also offers free wifi and 2 parking spaces.

Villa Qualia is located in Srbinjak, a small village 4 km away from the medieval Tinjan in the heart of Istria. Central Istria offers both culture and nature.
The Adriatic coast with it’s beautiful beaches is about a 20 km drive away from the villa. You can visit bigger coastal towns such as Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad, but Pazin, the town that used to be a one of the most important strongholds for the Habsburg Monarchy, is also not far away. The medieval fort is still preserved and can be visited nowdays. There is also a zip line that goes over the Pazin pit (Pazinska jama). A must-see ist also The Church of Holy Mary in Beram (located between Porec and Pazin) with the fresco titled Dance of the Death, dating back to 1474.
Central Istria is famous or its hilltop towns with great views and an amazing cuisine which you should not miss. If you are a nature lover you can enjoy hiking and walking or go on a gastro-bike tour.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus, eins der schönsten in dem wir waren - sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Perica ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - jederzeit erreichbar und immer bemüht, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Der beheizte Pool mitsamt den Aussenanlagen ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Alles in allem ein Traumhaus 🤍 Dragi Perica, od srca hvala na svemu. Kuca je predivna 🤍od srca ti sve najbolje želimo
