You are in a small village, which gives you peace of mind outside the tourist hurly-burly. Overall, the villa has 7 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, and since all, except one, have an en suite bathroom, there are no unwanted crowds in the morning. On the ground floor, there is a large & fully equipped kitchen with a long dining table for all household members and a spacious living room with a luxury sofa, fireplace, and satellite TV. Since PlayStation 4 is also available, we hope you don't spend too much time with the joystick in your hand :)
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one children's room with bunk beds and a guest toilet.
The remaining 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are upstairs, as well as a terrace for comfortable gathering.
The villa, in addition to a private pool, also contains a handful of accompanying content for active holidays and children's joys, so that everyone finds their happiness :)

Villa Rajna is located in the small medieval jewel of Svetvincenat, in the south of Central Istria. It will enchant you with its unique Renaissance Square “Placa”, one of the most preserved examples of Venetian architecture in Istria and beyond, and the highly regarded remains of frescoes. Surrounded by forests, pastures, and vineyards, this area invites all nature lovers and gastronomic delicatessens to take an extensive tour.
Located halfway between Pazin and Pula, we strongly suggest you visit some of the most beautiful Istrian gems, such as romantic Rovinj, beautiful Porec, historic Pula, magical Motovun and Groznjan, and the only national park in Istria: Brijuni.

Es fehlte uns im Haus an nichts!
Die Küche war top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Großzügige Schlafzimmer mit seperatem Bad!
Der große Pool war das Highlight für uns alle! Einziges Manko- die Poolheizung ist relativ oft ausgefallen, wobei nach einem Anruf bei unserem Vermieter/Vermittler immer ein Servicetechniker kam!
Nach Vodnjan zum Bäcker/Geschäfte sind es mit dem Auto fünf Minuten!
Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus!
