Beautiful modern villa in Central Istria

Very nice house, everything what you need, is there. Nice to have 3 floors, so you can choose where you eat/ sit. The owner is a real nice man. If you have a question, within an hout you have an answer and a solution. During our holiday, something of the bed broke, the same day he made it( he lives in Pula).

Das Haus ist - wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, aber nicht zu abgelegen. Der Garten und die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung überkomplett. Hr. Runko erwies sich als sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

War alles wie beschrieben und der Gastgeber D. Runko ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Perfekter Urlaub.

Traumhafte fantastische Anlage! Alles war wunderbar- vom Pool bis zur Aussicht von der Terrasse war alles genauso schön wie auf den Bildern! Sehr sauber und gepflegt - Zimmer,Anlage,Pool. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Und Herr Runko, als liebevoller Gastgeber, kümmert sich freundlich um alles!

Everything was very good, We were two families of 8 and this Villa is perfect to share. The garden is lovely and the pool perfect. Dennis the host is very kind and is quick to answer questions and help with any problems with the house. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful house in Central Istria. We loved the pool! Everything is very clean. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet, der Poolmann kam jeden zweiten Tag zum sauber machen (sehr früh, somit hat man das gar nicht mitbekommen), die Lage war idyllisch (fast wie Toskana), der Garten war sehr groß, man konnte das Gemüse aus dem Garten pflücken und essen, der Hausherr war sehr nett und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus und ein sehr schöner relaxter Urlaub. VG Holger

Our family party of 7 adults have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Runko. We chose the villa in the first place because we were looking for a spacious villa in a quiet, beautiful location- and that is exactly what we got and more! The villa is situated on the side of a hill with spectacular panoramic views of mountains, vineyards and olive groves. The house itself was spotlessly clean and the pool, garden and outdoor equipment well maintained. Everything was as advertised on the website and all we needed, including BBQ equipment was available. A car is essential and with the nearest good supermarkets at least 15 minutes drive away, one needs to be organised- a small price to pay for the situation of the house. Although we did not do much in the way of sightseeing( being August) , we passed some beautiful old towns and villages, including spectacular views at nearby Pican. Beaches at Rabac were quite crowded but we enjoyed a great day out on the sea, hiring a boat there and swimming and snorkelling from the boat. Although we tended to eat at the house, a small restaurant in Krsan (recommended by the owner) was well worth a visit, with a delicious dishes( including truffles) at very reasonable prices. On our arrival, our host was there to meet us with a glass of wine (despite us being delayed by a couple of hours!) and was very helpful. Our dealings with My Istria agency too were excellent, with all emails answered immediately, as well as always being very helpful and friendly over the phone. If a quiet , relaxing holiday in beautiful surrounds is what you are after, you will really enjoy Villa Runko!
