The first thing that will delight you is the practical and simple interior concept since all the living space is on the ground floor: a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed, from which a large glass door opens onto a spacious terrace.
The 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and en suite bathroom, are arranged so that two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
During the day, you can have fun in your private counter-current swimming pool (you can swim long and enduring distances, regardless of the size of the pool), while your view reaches the rich greenery because you are hidden from the large and crowded tourist masses. You have your oasis of peace, for the most precious moments of the year.
As darkness falls and the lights turn on, your villa gets whole new apparel: magical and enchanting. Villa Terra is located in the small picturesque village of Draguzet, in the municipality of Barban. Since it is in the southern part of central Istria, you have a fantastic location to explore the gentle and rich natural resources of the interior of the peninsula, and at the same time, you are only 15km away from the first pebble beach of the coastal town Trget.
Excellent traffic connections give you the possibility of daily excursions to all major tourist attractions, such as historic Pula, beautiful Poreč or romantic Rovinj, where you can satisfy all your cultural, adventurous, recreational and/or gastronomic appetites. We'll give you just a small snippet of offered activities: kayak trips, quad safaris, adrenaline parks, horse ranches, hiking& biking trails, various spa oases and much more.
