The villa is situated on a slight slope, consisting of several levels. The entrance to the property is located at the front, lower level. The stairs are leading you up to the level where the pool is, while the terrace and the ground floor of the house are located on the level above. The villa has three bedrooms for six guests, with the possibility of accommodating an additional guest in one of the three bedrooms. All three rooms are bright and comfortable, and have an ensuite bathroom, a TV and are air-conditioned. Two rooms with a double bed are located on the first floor and have access to the balcony with an amazing view of the Kvarner bay and the island of Krk. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. One of the beds can be turned into a double bed upon request and therefore offers the possibility to accommodate one additional guest. The room has access to the terrace with a panoramic view. The living room is also located on the ground floor, it has a TV and an electric fireplace, and is organised in an open space concept with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The whole space is air-conditioned. The lower floor offers additional amenities, like a gaming room with table football, darts and Playstation. On the same floor, there is a fully equipped gym, as well as a wellness area with a sauna, hydro massage tub and a shower. The inviting pool is divided into two parts. The smaller, shallower part, with its 0.5 m depth, is for our younger guests. The larger part offers the additional possibility for relaxation with a built-in bench with massage jets. The villa also offers a small playground for children with a slide, climbing frame and a swing. The property is fully fenced and has its own private parking for 3 cars.
