The pool is partially surrounded by a vast terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for up to 22 guests. For those that prefer an active vacation, the Villa has a private basketball court. There is also a cooking service and massage service available at request for an additional charge. Dramalj is a small village located on the Croatian coast, in the Kvarner Bay. It is just a short drive away from Crikvenica, a well known tourist spot. One of the largest Central European ports and also the third biggest Croatian city Rijeka is at only 30 km from Dramalj. Rijeka is known for its long historic and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafés, clubs, bars and events. Experience the city vibe by taking a walk along Korzo, explore the Old Town and visit the sanctuary in Trsat on a hill above the city of Rijeka. Do not miss the carnival in Rijeka, one of the five largest carnivals in the world! The Airport Rijeka is located on the Island of Krk, just a short drive from Dramalj. First beach is in a walking distance from the villa.

Wir waren Anfang September 2017 mit 4 Familien in der Villa Kalmar. Es ist eine tolle Anlage, der Pool + Garten ein Traum. Die Verteilung der Wohnungen wäre einfacher verlaufen, wenn wir gewußt hätten, daß es nicht 4 gleichwertige Wohnungen sind. Es ist jedoch kein Problem, wenn sich 2 Familien Wohung Nr. 1(großzügige Küche, große Terasse, 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad+WC, 1Gäste WC) und die kleinere Wohnung im Kellergeschoß (2 Schlafräume, 1 Bad+WC, Miniküche) von vornherein teilen. Komune No 1!
Zum Meer zu fuß ca. 20 min. steil bergab, besser mit Auto.
Wir würden die Villa weiterempfehlen.
