Stunning rustic villa with pool near Crikvenica

Beautiful Villa Rossana located in Kvarner will leave you absolutely breathless. The villas location away from the city life, is ideal for those that are dreaming of a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
The villa has 2 spacious floors, 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 persons. It was decorated in a traditional way, with open stone walls and wooden furniture, however it provides everything you could need during your vacation. On the ground floor, which has an open plan adding to the villa´s brightness, you will find a spacious living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. On the villa´s first floor are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. But this is far from all! At your disposal there is also a indoor hydromassage tub to take all the daily stress away. For those that like to remain active and have some fun, here you can play table tennis, table football and darts. If you prefer spending the summer by soaking up the sun, the outdoor pool with a glorious view of the surroundings is at your disposal.

The villa is situated near Grizane in Vinodol valley, famous for its natural beauty. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills but at the same time it takes you only a short drive to the sea. Crikvenica is a small town with a hundred year old tourist history and offers everything one may need on a holiday...long sandy beaches, beautiful promenade surrounded by palm trees and colorful flowers, cute little shops and plenty of tourist happenings. Sport lovers can choose from a variety of activities like bicycling, mini golf, table tennis, sailing, jet skiing, paragliding, diving, football, basketball, bowling, paintball, beach volleyball, hiking and many more. If you decide to go sightseeing there are a lot of excursion boats available to take you to islands Rab, Krk and Lošinj.

Freuen Sie sich auf das, was die Bilder im Internet versprechen. Das Haus ist toll mit wirklich nur sehr kleinen Schwächen. So fehlen im Bad ein paar nützliche Haken oder eine Garderobe. Ansonsten wirklich sehr schön in einer Idylle, wo man wirklich fast ungestört ist. Nur ein Nachbar kann auf den Pool schauen. Wer also die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Anfahrt bitte genau planen, weil die Gassen sehr eng sind, falls man sich verfährt. Nach Crikvenica sind es ca. 6 km, dort findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Falls jemand das Fahrrad mitnehmen will oder einen Hund (so wie wir), dem schon mal viel Spaß bei den Bergtouren. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen.
