In the living area, you will find a modern, spacious living room, from which soft colours and elegant lines lead you in the stylish dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms with their own elegantly furnished bathrooms, as well as a playroom where you can play billiards and table football with your friends.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with their own bathroom. A wide range of pastel colours extends through all bedrooms, which makes the space particularly cosy.

Villa Aurelia is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a medieval Istrian town, located on a hill above the beautiful Kvarner coast, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. For all gastronomy lovers, this city offers numerous restaurants that offer their guests traditional Istrian specialities. The small town of Rabac is also worth a visit. Rabac is a former fishing village that is today known as a popular tourist destination. In the summer months, Labin is especially attractive for its music festivals and cultural events. In Istria, you have the opportunity to explore the natural beauties of the Istrian peninsula by hiking or bike-riding numerous hiking and biking trails.
Die Villa ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Es ist alles sehr neu, keine Gebrauchsspuren und vor allem sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem kleinem Dorf, trotzdem ist man schnell in Labin und am Meer.
Zoran ist ein super Gastgeber, charmant, freundlich und zuvorkommend....wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
Die Villa ist ein Traum!!!

We spent wonderful and cosy weekend at Villa Aurelia. All you can need for a great antistress vacation is there. We had our morning coffe by the pool listening to birds singing! We enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and heated pool. Rooms are so cosy and we had great night rest. There is all you need for preparing meals and great barbecue. The house was also very clean! The location of the house is fantastic, only few minutes away from Labin. Also the owner was very helpful, kind and communicative!
