Villa Simone Paradiso is situated in an excellent location near the coastal town of Rabac. The outdoor area of the villa has a private “zero edge“ pool and an outdoor shower.
Use the sun loungers around the pool to relax. A covered barbecue area is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals. There is also an outdoor dining area on the terrace. Various sports activities are available on the property. The villa can accommodate a total of 8 people. The interior of the villa has been stylishly decorated, with much attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to the living room. From the living area, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are two more comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has access to the balcony. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers internet access and private parking for up to 6 cars. Villa Simone Paradiso offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Simone Paradiso has located only 9 km from the beach in Rabac. The surrounding area offers a variety of beautiful pebble beaches and hidden bays with crystal clear water. A short drive away is the coastal town of Rabac. There you can find a wide range of water sports activities. We recommend taking a romantic walk along the promenade. Villa Simone Paradiso is an excellent starting point for excursions. Visit the historic city of Pula, where the enchanting Roman amphitheatre is located. Many film events are organised here, but also cultural events and concerts. We also recommend visiting the picturesque town of Rovinj. What is special about the town is that the old town is located on a small peninsula. Explore the narrow streets of the town and enjoy your first cup of coffee in one of the numerous cafes. The restaurants offer an excellent range of typical local specialities which you should definitely try. Come to Istria and explore the beauties of this region.

Die Villa war sauber und gepflegt. Einrichtung war ganz neu. Die Küchengeräte top. Eventuell wäre noch ein Plattengriller für Toasts toll. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren notdürftig. Der Garten wurde durch die Trockenheit in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, störte aber nicht. Der Pool war kalt. Eine Wärmepumpe wäre eventuell von Vorteil. Im Garten könnte man auch noch einen Sichtschutz durch Hecke oder Zaun anbringen. Klimageräte waren top. Sonst war die Villa wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Toll!
Die Villa Simone war jeden Cent wert. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Villa. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Übergabe unkompliziert und bei Informationsbedarf war die Vermieterin stets erreichbar. Auch die Ausstattung war perfekt: Outdoorspiele, Räder, Pool, Schwimmutensilien, Grillzubehör, etc. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und würden sie wieder buchen.
