The modern Villa Tramonto is ideal for guests who are looking for holiday accommodation in a peaceful area. The villa offers four bedrooms for eight guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to two additional guests.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the fourth one is on the ground floor. All bedrooms are comfortable, have a double bed, a private bathroom, A/C and a TV. On the first floor, you can also find a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings which can be accessed directly from the garden of the villa. Two rooms have access to the terrace, the third room has its own balcony. The ground floor of the villa has an open space concept that offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room equipped with a TV and a PlayStation for our younger guests. The whole ground floor is air-conditioned. Next to the house, there is a covered terrace with a dining table, a barbecue where you can try out your culinary skills, and darts for fun. In the garden of the villa, you can relax on sun loungers by the heated pool, while younger guests can jump around the trampoline. On the large property of the villa, in addition to the pool, you can have fun playing volleyball, badminton or football.

Villa Tramonto is surrounded by nature and is located in the small village of Kožljak, on the slopes of the Učka Nature Park. For guests looking for an active holiday, the villa is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking. Adventurers will be delighted by the proximity of the most popular locations for free climbing and paragliding. Although the villa is located in a quiet area, the first beaches are only 5 km away and are located in Plomin.
Only 15 km away you can find Rabac, once a small fishing village which has become a famous tourist destination due to its beautiful bay and surroundings. If you are looking for cultural and historical sights, we suggest that you visit nearby Labin, a medieval town of miners, located on a hill above Rabac. Take a walk through the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy a cup of coffee on a terrace with a beautiful view of Rabac and the island of Cres. Opatija, the "pearl of the Adriatic", with beautiful old villas and the famous coastal promenade Lungomare, is also not far away.
