On the ground floor there is a beautiful open-concept space with a cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers a homey family corner with a fireplace for cold days, an AC for warm days and a play station console for kids to have fun. One room is located on the ground floor, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. If you enjoy cooking and trying out new specialties you will definitely enjoy the spacious, beautiful tavern with a fully equipped kitchen attached. This place is ideal for a long night with your family, enjoying fresh meals from the oven/fireplace along with enjoying the view on the inviting pool.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, AC, central heating, TV and an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. 2 rooms offer a 13m2 terrace with a seating ensemble and a beautiful view on the garden and the green, mountainous surroundings.
If you are an active, sport type, there are two private sport courts in the big garden - a lighted tennis court so you could also play at night and a court for practicing golf. Relax and regenerate yourself next to the amazing pool along with numerous sun loungers and sun umbrellas, for a perfect summer. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, tended garden with nice stone element decorations. In the enclosed part near the entrance to the villa, there is a small yard with chickens and rabbits but also fruits and vegetables, fully organic and fresh. Villa Vlastelini I is located in a village next to Labin in the eastern part on the Istrian peninsula. The villa is just 5 km away from the first beaches in Rabac and Duga Luka. There the crystal blue Adriatic sea as well as the pebble stone beaches await you. Labin and Rabac are bigger, touristy towns and offer a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. Labin is a small but charming and historically rich city from the middle age period, which is nestled on a hilltop above the enchanting Kvarner coastline. You can explore the history as well as the cultural and architectural monuments. If you are an art and history lover, you should visit the baroque palace of the Battiala-Lazzarini family which is now the town museum. Enjoy romantic walks through steep arrays and admire numerous palaces and visit art galleries. In Summer you can enjoy festivals of jazz and classical music. Relax in a cozy café and try famous fish dishes in a local restaurant. Rabac is a seaside resort, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination which offers amazing beaches and various sport activities as well as entertainment. If you want to explore Istria, visit Opatija (55 km) or Pula (40 km), two beautiful touristic cities on the sea, with rich cultural heritage and history. Opatija is called the pearl of the Kvarner region. Explore the Kvarner bay by taking walks on the long coastline or by enjoying the view on the islands. If you feel like exploring the nature of the islands and enjoying the clear Sea, you should visit the magical island Cres which is located nearby or the island Krk, which is a bit farther away but still no problem to reach if you are travelling by car.
