Seafront villa in Medulin

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus - wunderschöne und ruhige Lage. Sehr gepflegtes und überaus sauberes Haus. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor der Ankunft haben wir Tipps bekommen. Am Ankunftstag sogar schon die besten Empfehlungen für exzellentes Essen in einer nahen Konoba. Immer sofortige Antworten per Whatsapp Toll zum Erholen, Hängematten unter den Olivenbäumen sind auch bei großer Hitze sehr entspannend. Und bei der Abreise (die wegen einer Autopanne bei uns recht kompliziert war) waren Sanja, Kristina, Laura und Vjeri so selbstlos und hilfsbereit als wären wir Familie - VIELEN DANK DAFÜR

Haben eine entspannende, ruhige Woche im Beach House Olive verbracht. Sehr herzlicher Empfang mit vielen Tipps für den Besuch von Orten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage ...nächster Ort in wenigen Minuten per Rad (oder Auto) zu erreichen. Modern eingerichtetes kleines Haus bestehnd aus 1 Zimmer und Bad ...UND komfortablem Wintergarten. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden.....von Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine.....Grundausstattung salz, pfeffer essig öl, kaffee, filter. Der Pool wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt, Direkter Meerzugang vom. Garten mit Benutzung von supboard

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man ist im grünen und doch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten überall. Das Haus und Gründstück sind einfach top mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder. Hier kann man noch Urlaub machen und ein bisschen abseits von allem sein.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ideal für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub. Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und geben von ganzem Herzen die maximale Anzahl an Sternen

Meine Frau und ich haben Ende August einen einwöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Beach House Olive verbracht, und wurden von der äußerst hilfsbereiten Besitzerin herzlich begrüßt! Die Lage der Villa ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und dennoch sind Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Nationalpark mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Innere des Häuschens ist brandneu, und wirkt durch seine funktionelle Einrichtung größer als es ist. Am meisten aber habe wir die schöne Terrasse mit dem anschließenden Pool in dieser Woche genossen, wo wir viele entspannte Stunden verbrachten. Der direkte Nachbar war nur zweimal da um seinen Garten zu genießen und versorgte uns dabei jedes mal mit frischem Gemüse! Wir vergeben für diese Unterkunft gerne 5 Sterne!!!

we are very happy with the villa beach house olive. everything was as expected. the house is perfect for two. ideal if you want to chill, it's always very quiet. it has all that you need in place; kitchen inside/small grill outside, washing machine, big tv, all accessoires you'll need. it's located 5 min away from 2 big shopping markets and the port of medulin. pula, next big city, is 10 min away. the owner cares a lot, you feel immediately comfortable. and if you have any questions, she has always a good answer. i have to point out that specifically. we had a really great time and can easily recommend it.

Villa Beach House Olive at the Mendulin bay was exactly what we were looking for. It is a nice cabin for two people to relax in beautiful Istria. The accomodation was equipped with everything you needed - and even more. Situated in the small town of Pomer right next to Medulin all the nice places are within a short drive - the National Park of Premanture with its nice bays and the crystal clear water, the historic town of Pula and a lot of other beautiful bays at the shoreline along South Istria. We loved it. Owner Sanja did really well when arranging this small house. A tiny but sufficient and well equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, a good and comfortable bed, an efficient air conditioning, outdoor dining possibilities and the - despite the very hot summer temperatures at the time - cool pool!! You can find bikes to use, hammocks in the lower part of the garden (olive trees all around), a stand-up paddling board free to use in the bay, a washing machine, a barbecue place and much more. And most of all, the place is quiet and one finds it easy to start relaxing. The images provided by MyIstria showed exactly what you get - no surprises and no sham. We would book this hide-away again anytime and can highly recommend it for two persons!

A really beautiful place for a relaxing stay at a calm and almost private bay of south Istria. The owner really makes this a special place, so the beach house is equipped with everything needed. Especially the tiny but sufficient kitchen is well equipped. In comparison to other places we have been before, all the little details and extras make a difference! The location is also great, close to public beaches reachable by bike and shops are near by, too. We would definitley book the beach house for a holiday again!
