Carefully tailored for holiday time, this newly built villa is decorated in a contemporary style with a wonderful collage of textures and colors, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Two of the bedrooms - all with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs - are located on the upper floor, with two lovely ensuite bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy beautiful views over olive groves to the sea. The light-flooded spacious ground floor with its open layout is divided into very tastefully furnished kitchen, dining and living area with a cozy fireplace and forms the social center of the house. Here is also the third bedroom, also with air conditioning and flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
Almost all rooms and bathrooms are equipped with ambient LED lighting, which can be individually adapted to the mood.
If you step out of the living room onto the huge covered terrace with a large dining table, you will find an inviting barbecue area with an open fireplace. In front of it is the generously sized sun terrace with a tempting heatable private pool - perfect for enjoyable sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant spicy natural air of the vineyards and olive groves.

Novigrad isn’t just a real architectural gem, but also one of the top Istrian gourmet destinations, featuring some of the best seafood restaurants in Istria. You can enjoy an extremely wide variety of sports activities as well, relax on numerous beaches or party at cafes and cocktail bars around the town. But that’s not all! Have fun at the first-class Aquapark Istralandia. Visit the Antenal-Mirna ornithological reserve and have a go at birdwatching in the middle of breath-taking nature. A beautiful villa: fitted and furnished to the highest standard; incredibly comfortable with multiple areas for dining and relaxing in and a super pool area. Great location too; Novigrad is a charming town, with a lovely seafront for swimming and a pretty port and old town to wander around, with plentiful restaurants. Also a great base to explore some of the other beautiful Istrian towns including Pula, Rovinj and Porec.

Wir waren zu viert und Hund 12 Tage in dieser tollen Villa und es war alles wie beschrieben: perfekt und sehr schön! Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Toll eingerichtet und modern. Es war alles perfekt organisiert und die Gastgeber und Hauseigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht allzu weit nach Novigrad. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt wärmstens empfehlen!
Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 7 Personen) verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa, die genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprach: in ruhiger Lage (abseits vom Touristenzentrum und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar) mit herrlichem Ausblick, perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche und empfehlen die Villa
und auch KONOBA NINO (sehr leckeres Essen) im Ort gern weiter.
