If you want to feel at home while on vacation, then our Villa Anabel allows you to do so. The modern family villa for a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children is located in the tranquil town of Kastelir on the west coast of Istria and offers you everything you could wish for on a family holiday.
The heart of this holiday home is certainly the refreshing 24m2 pool in the garden. This is where you will spend most of your time - be it swimming in the pool, sunbathing on one of the comfortable sun loungers or grilling delicious specialties on the charcoal grill. For the little ones there is also a small play area with a swing and slide.
The covered terrace is also the perfect place to gather your loved ones, enjoy warm summer evenings together and plan trips to the region.
From here you enter the modern, bright and fully air-conditioned interior, in which the living, dining area and well-equipped kitchen are on one level with guest toilet and laundry. On the upper floor you will spend restful nights in 3 comfortable bedrooms, which also include 2 bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds, the children's room has two single beds and an extra pull-out bed.
A very special highlight is the tavern on the ground floor with an open fireplace, kitchen, bar and a large wooden table for great evenings. Your personal wellness room with sauna and whirlpool is also located on the same level. Enjoy the well-deserved vacation with the family and relax from everyday life in the beautiful Villa Anabel.

Kastelir is a small and peaceful village that resides only a few kilometres outside the coastal cities of Porec and Novigrad. From the moment we arrived at this stunning vacation home in Croatia, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. We felt at home right away. Sacha took us on a tour through the house. The house is very nicely decorated. Sacha is a good host, always available if you have any questions or need tips for activities or restaurants.
Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. The kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook, was stocked with top-of-the-line appliances. The living spaces were spacious, making them perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful Croatian coast.
However, the real highlight for our family was the superb swimming pool. Our children practically lived in it throughout our stay! The crystal-clear waters and the comfortable loungers around it provided the perfect relaxation spot, whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or just soak up the sun.
The location of the house is also worth mentioning. It struck the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility to local attractions. We enjoyed many day trips to nearby towns and beaches but always looked forward to returning to the house.
In conclusion, this vacation home is a gem. It offers a unique blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families seeking an exceptional stay in Croatia. We left with our hearts full of memories.

Das Haus ist komplett, ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; alles so wie in der Beschreibung und noch schöner als erwartet. Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und großzügig. Sehr komfortable und bequeme Betten. Küchenausstattung mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr.
Gastgeber super nett und hilfsbereit, wir wurden mit leckerer Wurst-, Schinken-& Käseplatte, frischem Brot und Getränken willkommen geheißen.
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne, unvergessliche, perfekte und sehr erholsame Wochen in dieser tollen Villa !!! Die Ausstattung in der Villa und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber ließen keine Wünsche offen !!! DANKE an Adriana & Sascha !!!
Man darf nicht vergessen das nette Willkommensgeschenk zu erwähnen,heimische Köstlichkeiten. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen !!!
