Lovely villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Blueview Amaranthus is a 4-bedroom villa perfectly suitable for 8 guests. It is located in the small village of Heraki near the picturesque little town of Sveti Lovrec.
The villa is set on a large plot and is highlighted by a large "L" shaped private pool that is perfect for refreshment. The interior of the villa is decorated in a rustical, Istrian style. The villa is spacious and provides everything for a relaxed holiday. The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining area with access to the covered outdoor terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with 2 single beds, with access to the terrace as well. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are set on the upper floor, each bedroom benefiting from a private balcony. One bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom, and 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The outdoor dining area has place for 8 people. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal as well. From the garden, it is also possible to see the sea. The location of this villa is very convenient and offers peace, but also plenty of sightseeing and activities within a short drive.
