Villa Campanula is located in a small village Barat near the coastal town of Porec. It can accommodate eight people in four bedrooms and is ideal for a relaxing vacation with the whole family.
In the spacious outdoor area you will find a private pool area where you can relax. A covered terrace with dining area for 8 people and a gas grill are also at your disposal. Take the opportunity to prepare delicious meals at the grill. The living area of the Istrian stone villa with rustic charm is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen connected with the living and dining area. The living area offers direct access to the terrace. Also located here are two bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the second floor there are two more cozy bedrooms each with its own bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has a large sundowner balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque landscape and even the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The most popular hotspot of the Istrian west coast is only 10 km away from the villa. Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage. The symbol of the city is the stunning Euphrasius Basilica. We also recommend you to visit the coastal town of Rovinj. Walk through the romantic alleys and visit the baroque church of St. Euphemia and the town palace. Fantastic villa. Very well equipped, very clean, good condition, Other houses are quite close but we didn't feel overlooked in any way. The rep on the ground greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly. He came to clean the pool twice during our one week stay and was able to give us tips and hints on where to go and where not to go. One minor suggestion might be to have a visitors book where guests can share their experience of places to visit, local restaurants etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and when we return to Istria, which I feel sure we will, My Istria will our starting point.
