Wonderful villa with pool near Visnjan

Beautiful Villa Perhat is located only a short drive from the tourist hostspot of Istria - Porec, as well as from the charming hilltop town of Visnjan. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 persons, which makes it ideal for larger groups.
It consists from two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a luxury living room, a dining room and a small but fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. A glas wall lets in a lot of light during the day and allows you to directly access the terrace and the pool area. The first floor apartment also has a living/dining area where you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Here you will find 3 more bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The largest bedroom has a private balcony from where you can enjoy a view of the surrounding and the pool area. Those that prefer spending time outside will be thrilled by the inviting pool as well as the basketball court and barbecue.

Villa Perhat is located near Višnjan, a small Istrian town situated on the top of a hill. Visnjan is surrounded by rolling hills and forests but also other similar, rural towns with rich history. Visnjan was once known as a trading centre for all kinds of agricultural products. Since Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, from the town you have a view of a historic gothic church, the city gates, which are decorated with the motif of the Venice Lion, and the city square. The city of Visnjan offers all you could need on your vacation, starting with restaurants, coffeeshops, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office. Only a short drive away from the villa you will find Istralandia - an aquapark that guarantees a high level of adrenaline. This location is also ideal for those that like to spend time hiking, jogging or biking.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Vermieter immer erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt uns würden das Haus auch ein zweites Mal buchen.
10/8/19 Villa Perhat 3 Family's enjoyed a great week at the villa, weather was fantastic and the accommodation superb. Location is lovely and peaceful, the pool and outdoor kitchen was the icing on the cake. Nearest beach at Porec only 20 mins away, sea was lovely and warm. location restaurants were excellent and really looked after us. Would recommend this villa for larger groups staying together. Tim
