If you visit Villa Povetica, you will immerse yourself in modern design in the middle of Istrian nature.
In front of the villa, you have the opportunity to relax by the beautiful pool. You can have your morning coffee on the elegant garden furniture in the shade of the covered terrace, where you will also find a spacious dining table. The interior is characterized by clear lines and harmonious colour combinations. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the interior of the living room from which you enter the dining room and the kitchen. Throughout the room, there are soft tones that wonderfully combine the interior into a whole. It is safe to say that the room is flooded with light because there are large windows that perfectly connect the interior and exterior. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. A spacious staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms will delight you with a modern design that combines natural materials, simplicity and elegance. Next to the villa, there is a garden pavilion in which you will find a bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. On the covered terrace in front of the garden pavilion, which is just as modernly designed, you can enjoy the grill and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table. If you are planning a vacation with your children, you will particularly love the children´s playground on the property. For all cyclists looking for adventure, it is possible to rent a bike on request.
This villa is located in Laksici, near the small town of Vizinada, in a complex of four houses at the end of the village, on the way to breathtaking olive groves and vineyards. Istrian nature is the ideal choice for a peaceful vacation. However, if you want to explore Istrian culture, you will find many sights and cultural events in the town of Vizinada. For all cycling enthusiasts, the area around Vizinada is full of bike trails on which you can explore the beautiful landscape. You will be especially delighted that the house is located near the bike trail Parenzana on the old Trieste-Buje-Motovun-Vizinada-Porec. The towns of Porec and Novigrad, located about 20 minutes from the city of Vizinada, are certainly an indispensable part of the Istrian culture. Porec, a city that has found its place in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sights, offers many sights and festivals, while the city of Novigrad delights with its Romanesque churches. An indispensable part of Istrian culture is also the tasting of local specialities such as olive oil, Istrian ham (pršut) or truffles, as well as visiting nearby towns on top of the hill - Motovun and Groznjan. Only 20 km from the villa you can visit two new Istrian water parks - Acquacolors near Porec and Istralandia near Novigrad.

Dieses Ferienhaus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren als Familie (4 Generationen) in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es hat wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Besonders die 2 Kühlschränke und die Eiswürfelmaschine sind ideal für so viele Leute.
Das Haus liegt wirklich ruhig und auch im Haus sind die Schlafzimmer durch eine Türe getrennt.
Der Garten und der Pool ist wirklich toll angelegt.
Im Ort gibt es einen Weinhändler und im Nachbarort Kastelier oder Vizinada gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei. Größere Einkäufe erledigt man am besten in Porec ca. 20 min. oder in Tar ca. 15 min.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 10 Erw. + 3 Kinder vom 20.08 - 03.09.22 in dieser wirklich tollen Villa in Lasici. . Es ist alles sehr schick und hochwertig ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, im Treppenhaus gibt es noch ein WC, Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit einer Türe vom Treppenhaus mit den Schlafzimmern abgetrennt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man sich so im Urlaub wünscht (Pool, Tischtennnisplatte, großzügig überdachter Außengrill mit Kochfeld + Waschbecken. Alle Räume lassen sich individuell klimatisieren, der Pool ist wunderbar, es ist total ruhig, da Randlage in einem Dorf. Bezüglich dem Service unseres Gastgebers kann ich mich Herrn Gabriel nur anschließen. Er hat immer sofort reagiert, war immer erreichbar., spricht perfektes deutsch. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer perfekten Villa
Wir waren 3 Familien mit 11 Personen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der sehr komfortabel ausgestatteten Villa Povetica. Tolles Anwesen, ruhige Lage mit super Ausstattung des Hauses inkl. Eiswürfel-Maker !
Toller Service, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der perfekt Deutsch gesprochen hat und hervorragender Service während unseres Aufenthalts.
Es war war ein toller Urlaub und wir werden wiederkommen !
We had a fantastic stay in this villa. Villa is new and equipped with everything a family needs for a pleasent stay: comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, outside space for kids to enjoy (so parents are enjoying as well 😉) and a well maintained swimming pool. Service was excellent. We contacted them 2 times to clarify on some technical aspects and they were reachable at any hour.
Villa is located in a quit village surrounded by wine vineyards.
We would definitely recommend it for families.
