Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the luxury renovated school can accommodate up to 12 guests, making Villa Stara Skola ideal for a holiday with family and friends.
The 52m2 refreshing pool is the heart of the villa and can be heated and cooled. With 150m2, the high natural stone terrace will probably become your favorite place. A covered lounge is available for relaxation. The dining area for 12 guests enjoys fantastic meals prepared by the family chef in the covered outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ. The fully air-conditioned living area consists of a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds each have their own bathroom and TV. 2 of the bedrooms also have a gallery on which there are two additional double beds, which will be particularly popular with the children. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-in closet and its own east-facing terrace. Another highlight is the wellness area in the basement with a Finnish sauna, relaxation room and shower. On the lower ground floor you can spend quality time in the gaming room, playing table tennis, table football or watching TV. There is also a laundry on this level. The property is completely fenced and the private parking space can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
IMPORTANT: Youth groups are not allowed in Villa Stara Skola.
Vizinada is one of those places that one rarely finds in the era of instant tourism. Only 2km further you get to Bajkini. In this quiet place near the natural beaches and tourist towns of Istria, the old village school Vizinadas is situated on a vineyard. From here you can fully experience magical Istria. Visit the famous coastal towns of Porec, Novigrad and Rovinj, discover beautiful beaches and hidden bays or stroll through the romantic streets and along the promenades. However, we also recommend visiting the medieval towns inland, which will win over your heart and your taste buds with their warm-hearted people and regional delicacies. Motovun and Buje should be at the top of your list. Enjoy the beautiful, untouched nature, the view of endless vineyards and olive groves and let yourself be carried away into a piece of the past on paved paths.

Wunderschöne Villa mit beheiztem Pool und großer Sauna. Riesiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und hohen Decken . Bei der Ausstattung der Küche, der Zimmer und sonstiger Gegenstände wie z.b Staubsauger fehlt es an nichts. Zimmer außerordentlich geräumig. Vor allem die mit den Stockbetten.
Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Jederzeit erreichbar.

Wir (11 Personen) verbrachten eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche in idyllischer Natur umgeben von Olivenbäumen und kroatischen Hähnen. Das neu sanierte Haus ist ein Traum, lässt innen und außen Erholung zu. Auch fühlten wir uns vom Vermieter herzlich willkommen und gut umsorgt. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Ort!

Prelijepa vila s velikim bazenom i dovoljno prostora da u njoj borave tri obitelji. Vila je jako lijepo uređena, i unutrašnjost i prostor vani. Imali smo baš sve što nam je bilo potrebno! Definitivno za svaku preporuku!
