Villa Tina Maria is located in Markovac near Višnjan, which is an Istrian village situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests, and is located 10km north-east of Poreč. The antique terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arc, gives one a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since the days of Venetian rule, Višnjan had served as a renowned commercial center, where all sorts of agricultural products and tools were being sold. Porec and Novigrad with their beautiful beaches are not too far away. They have lots of exquisite restaurants and cafes and a rich cultural program to offer. Visit the cave Baredine or one of the aquaparks nearby and have the best vacation ever!

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Tina Maria verbracht. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich unserer Anliegen immer angenommen.

Die Lage des Hauses, die Einrichtung sowie die Küche und deren Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Einkaufen geht in den umliegenden Dörfern oder den nahen Städtchen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, die beiden Autostellplätze befinden sich innerhalb des Grundstückes. Optimal wären an den Schlafzimmerfenstern Mückengitter. Bei offenem Fenster haben Stechmücken sowie relativ harte Matratzen leider guten und erholsamen Schlaf verhindert. Den Außengrill bitte techn. überprüfen, dieser bringt keine optimale Grill-Temperatur. Mit ein paar kleinen Optimierungen ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus und ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Außenanlage und Pool sehr schön.

Wir haben nun in allen Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern an den Fenstern und den Türen Mückengitter installiert. Unsere Betten haben sehr hochwertige Matratzen, es tut uns leid, dass Sie unsere Matrazen als zu hart empfunden
haben. Die Überprüfung des Grills nach Ihrer Abreise hat ergeben, dass die Gasflasche leider leer war. Hier hätte ein Anruf beim Hausmeister sofort Abhilfe schaffen können.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Villa mit allem was man benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Gutes WLAN. Top Pool. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Auch wenn man 16-20 Grad einstellt, es wurde nie kühler als 26 Grad, was beim schlafen durchaus stört. Das Fenster kann man auch nicht öffnen sonst kommen die Mücken rein (Mückengitter installieren wäre gut). Aber das wurde wieder gut gemacht durch den sehr netten Kontakt. Neue Gasflasche für den Grill kam sehr schnell an. Somit Empfehlung!
