This modern villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can provide accommodation for up to 6 + 2 guests.
Thanks to an open layout, large French doors and gallery-like windows letting in a lot of light during the entire day, already at first glance the villa leaves a very spacious and bright impression. The house is tastefully designed with a mix of modern furnishings and hand picked eye-catching details, such as paintings, designer lamps, as well as a lot of plants and flowers, giving the villa a warm and welcoming feeling. A fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room opens up to two terraces, where you can either relax from swimming and dipping in the pool, or just enjoy the smell of lavender.

Beautiful Villa Val is located in a peaceful and picturesque village of Valkarin near Porec, an attractive tourist destination in Istria. Nearest beaches are in the Plava Laguna, just 4 km from the villa. Here you will find well groomed stone and gravel beaches and turquoise Adriatic Sea, which have been awarded with Blue Flags for quality standards. Shop and restaurant can be found within 4 km from the villa. Tourism in Porec is more than sea, sun and tourist image. The tourists can easily recognise the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces.The priceless city center is located on a small peninsula submerged in the sea. Its foundations were put in place during the time of the rule of the Roman Empire. During your stay in the villa visit the Euphrasius Basilica Complex (Unesco Heritage) in the old town of Porec. Porec offers a variety of sports activities as well: tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, biking, hiking, water sports.

Die Lager der Villa war toll, ca 4 km außerhalb von Porec, sehr idyllisch. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir wurden von einer Nachbarin in Empfang genommen, die bei Fragen unkompliziert zu erreichen war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Villa Val ist super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus. Elisa ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Es sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten nach Porec. Lage und Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊
