Gorgeous stone villa Casa Di Roccia features original traditional Istrian details and modern amenities within the same property.
Villa has a lovely garden with pool and attached hydro massage tub, cosy sun loungers, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area.

Here are at disposal a charcoal bbq and traditional wood fire oven. This is a perfect place to prepare delicious meals for your family and to get familiar with Istrian flair.
On the ground floor in the villa is typical konoba with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, living room with wooden beams and one bathroom. On the upper floor at disposal are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom.
The ground floor and the upper floor are connected with an outdoor staircase. Casa Di Roccia is air-conditioned, has WiFi and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday for max 6+2 guests. .

Villa Casa Di Roccia is located in the heart of Marcana. Marcana is a small village and municipality located in the southern part of Istria, about 15 km north of Pula. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from the city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major peninsula cities. This part of Istria is dominated by green hillsides and bays with beautiful clear water, ideal for exploring the underwater world. Pula, the largest city of Istria, is world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world. Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe: home-made Istrian prosciutto, wine and Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer. The Istrian peninsula is also a home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana, just 15 kilometres away from the Villa. Car is recommended.

Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, der Vermieter hat uns jede Menge Informationen vorbereitet und war immer erreichbar. Sehr gefreut hat uns der Wein und die Platte mit Käse und Wurst zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank.

Was soll ich sagen, es waren tolle 2 Wochen. Diese Unterkunft übertrifft alles. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es hausgemachten Schnaps und Wein, gekühlte alkoholfreie Getränke und eine Platte mit Wurst und Käse. Das ganze Haus ist bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist an alles gedacht (Kaffeevollautomat, Mixer, in jedem Badezimmer ein Föhn, Sachen gegen Moskitos, an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter, Fahrräder, usw.). Es ist mitten im Ort und doch ist man für sich. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 1 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pula ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Außenküche mit überdachter Sitzgelegenheit war unser Highlight. Wir saßen nur draußen - sind nur zum Schlafen rein. Der Vermieter ist super nett, immer erreichbar und man bekommt gute Tipps für Strände, Restaurants usw., Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wow!! Das Haus ist einfach rundum perfekt. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wohlgefühlt und obwohl es viel geregnet hat, haben wir die komplette Zeit draußen verbringen können. Die offene Außenküche und die überdachte Sitzgelegenheit waren unser persönliches Highlight. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, wir wurden mit leckerem Wein, alkoholfreien Getränken und sogar einer Flasche hausgemachtem Schnaps überrascht. Alles ist super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und einfach nur wunderschön! Nach Pula benötigt man nicht mal 20 Minuten und wir bekamen einen Tipp für ein Fischrestaurant, es war super! Der Vermieter ist klasse, immer erreichbar und hilft bei jeder Frage weiter. Wir hoffen, dass wir sehr bald wiederkommen können!!
