A 43m2 pool awaits you in the large outdoor area of the villa, where everyone can easily find their place. While you make yourself comfortable with a refreshing drink on one of the sun loungers, the children are running around in the garden.
Lunch is already being prepared on the grill, freshly fried fish can be enjoyed ... a covered dining area by the pool is ideal for long, cosy summer evenings. From the basement of the house, you can hear the winner of the billiards game cheering, someone else is losing at the darts tournament. Family and friends come here and experience a wonderful vacation together. And yet everyone has the opportunity to be alone and withdraw from time to time.
The bright and modern interior of Villa Berg consists of 4 levels. In the basement, there is a game room with table tennis, table football and a pool table. The ground floor consists of a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is another small living room, kitchen and dining table, 3 pretty bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms as well as a separate toilet. In the attic, there are 2 further comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining area with a small kitchen. Each level has its own balcony, where you can enjoy some time to yourself.

On the west coast of Istria, between Vodnjan and Pula, lies the settlement of Valbandon, part of the municipality of Fazana. The romantic fishing village Fazana with its narrow streets and old buildings will immediately enchant you. The long beach promenade with wonderful pebble beaches on the turquoise blue sea adorns the small town, which also has a variety of cafes and restaurants on offer. From here you can take a boat to the famous Brijuni Islands with the safari park or easily visit Pula, where you can admire the famous amphitheatre, shop to your heart's content, visit museums, concerts or festivals or just watch the hustle and bustle with a coffee or a sundae. Valbandon is the ideal place if you are looking for a quiet oasis away from the tourist bustling.
We were 12 guest, 3 family with 2 children each. We had a wonderful week in Villa Berg. We really appreciate the house, the pool and barbecue. Romina has been very kind and always helped us for any questions we had.

Wir hatten 10 schöne Urlaubstage in der Villa Berg. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und sieben Kinder, verteilt auf die drei Wohnungen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise erwartete uns ein Willkommensgruß in Form von Obstkorb, Getränken im Kühlschrank und Kosmetikproben im Badezimmer. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und waren immer gut erreichbar. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert.

Wir können uns den letzten Bewertungen umfänglich anschließen, die Villa Berg ist ein Traum!! Wir haben dort mit 10 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind einen genialen Urlaub verbracht. Angefangen von der luxuriösen Ausstattung der kompletten Villa bis zu Romina, der Vermieterin, es war alles perfekt. Auch die Buchung und Infos von myistria waren ausgezeichnet! Wir freuen uns alle schon auf ein nächstes Mal!
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen war super gewesen. Habdtücher waren vorhanden, Handwaschseife, Geschirrspühlertabs und auch für jede Waschmaschine 3 Wäschetabs. Ausstattung der Küche hat auch keine Wunschen offen gelassen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeberin, in jeder Wohnung war ein frischer Obstkorb und Mineralwasser + Saft für die erste Erfrischung. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns ubterstützt, wenn es Fragen gab und wir bedanken uns noch einmal ganz herzlich. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen und ein Tip ist der Weinhandel 100 Meter hinter dem Haus.

Wir hatten mit 9 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Berg. Alles war super sauber und toll hergerichtet. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, Kaffee, Gewürze, etwas kühles zu trinken und frisches Obst hat uns bei der Ankunft empfangen. Im Bad wurde Duschgel, Bodylotion und Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt, alles sehr hochwertig und toll. Romina war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.
