An attractive semi-detached villa in a fabulous location, just a few meters from the beach but also conveniently situated for Pula. Villa Bonelli is the right-hand part of the property and has its own separate entrance and exclusive use of the pool.
Villa Bonelli itself is divided into two apartments which are rented together. One is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. Each has its own entrance. As a whole, Bonelli has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has broadband wifi internet and parking.
The ground floor apartment consists of a double bedroom with air-conditioning, a sofa (sofa bed), TV, kitchenette, and bathroom. This apartment also has a pleasant terrace with a separate area for dining.
The first-floor apartment has one double bedroom, bathroom (also housing a washing machine), living room with kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster), TV, and terrace. Upstairs is a twin bedroom (two single beds) with a private bathroom and balcony. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. A single sofa bed is available.
Outside is a pretty garden and terrace, part of which is covered and has stylish and comfortable seating. The lovely private pool (20m2 and depth 1.40m), for the exclusive use of occupants of Villa Bonelli, is surrounded by decking, deck chairs, and armchairs. There are fabulous sea views from the villa and its grounds. To the side of the villa is a dining area with a table and chairs. There is also a BBQ and an outdoor shower.
This is a beachfront villa in Pjescana Uvala near Pula. In a very short walking distance, there is a wide choice of excellent bars and restaurants. The beach is just under the property where you can hire equipment for all sorts of water sports. On the beach, there is free to use fitness equipment and a beach volley course. There is public transport to the center of Pula
Both the Roman town of Pula and charming Medulin are within easy reach. Medulin is regarded as one of the best bathing resorts in Istria.
You will find a variety of bars and restaurants in Medulin and in the neighboring Premantura, all famous for their fish menus. Pula also abounds with great restaurants, some of them you will find while strolling in the old town center, rich with Roman remains. The most famous of all Roman monuments in Pula, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour is the Amphitheater, popularly called the Arena of Pula, which was once the site of gladiator fights. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, at the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Today it is the venue for summer performances - the Film Festival, Opera Season, Equestrian Festival, concerts, and theatre performances. The underground passages, once used by the gladiators, nowadays host regular exhibitions.
It is not just cultural monuments that this part of Istria abounds with, but it is rich with natural beauties as well. Cape Kamenjak is a nature park located on the southernmost part of the Istrian peninsula, 15 minutes drive away from Bonelli. You can spend a day in this beautiful nature park exploring little coves and bathing in the clear sea.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Bonelli verbracht - ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr hochwertig alles und sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, sehr bequeme Betten, von überall Blick aufs Meer, und zum schwimmen im
Meer muss man nur über die ruhige Gasse und ein paar Stufen runter! Es is alles in gehweite- 2 Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, Strand, Kinderspielplatz. Es ist sehr ruhig obwohl direkt an der Straße gelegen, Samanta ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, hat und viele nützliche Tips gegeben - many many thanks for everything Samanta, be shall come again, that’s for sure!
Die Villa Bonelli ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung. Besonders der Service unserer Vermittlerin war hervorragend.
Eine ganze Liste der Strände, Geldwechselstellen oder auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wurden uns ohne Nachfrage zugeschickt. Auch bei kleinen Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Einfach top
Einzige Manko war, dass es nicht 100% sauber war und teilweise noch Flaschen unter dem Bett oder im Kühlschrank lagen.
Hat uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört, sind eben Kleinigkeiten.

Die Villa ist ein wunderschönes durchdachtes Haus mit einem sehr hohen Standard.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut und man kann fußläufig alles erreichen.
Wir können die Villa jedem empfehlen der Wert auf ein geschmackvolles Haus legt in dem nichts fehlt.
Pula ist immer eine Reise wert. Dazu gehört auch eine gute Unterkunft. Und das hatten wir mit der Villa Bonelli gefunden. Einfach traumhaft die nähe zum Meer, der Ausblick am Morgen und am Abend. zum Meer. Die Zimmer sind in einem top Zustand, Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt nix zu wünschen übrig, wir hatten viel selber gekocht und es hat an nix gefehlt. Am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem Pool (Gegenstromanlage war defekt) und in einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt. Diese Mängel wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit behoben. Alles im allen waren es super 14 Tage in einer Anlage was wir zu 100% weiter empfehlen können.

Ein perfektes Haus. Alles war so wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Ein besonderer Dank an Frau Prasina, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat, jederzeit erreichbar war und sofort einen defekten Föhn ausgetauscht hat, fehlende Strandtücher gebracht hat usw. Das Haus war super sauber, die Ausstattung, die Lage... einfach klasse. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
