Modern, elegant and cosy are some of the expressions we could use to describe Villa Bursic in Krnica. This beautiful property will fulfil all your wishes and leave you wanting for nothing.
Trust us, once you step into this villa, it will be love at first sight! The villa consists of 2 spacious floors. On the ground floor, there is a large light-filled living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. At your disposal, there is also a separate tavern where the entire group can spend some quality time together relaxing. The villa has a total of 4 double bed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, more than enough for 8 persons to be totally comfortable on vacation. One bedroom and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor and the remaining 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the first floor.

For a good start to the day, enjoy a cup of warm coffee on the balcony with a view of the surroundings and then relax and sunbathe by your own private pool. The Children's playground is also at your disposal for some extra fun! It´s located 25 m from the villa on a separate property and has swings and a trampoline. In the evenings, you will love the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Try out your chef skills and prepare local specialities on the charcoal barbecue and enjoy them in the shaded outdoor dining area!.

Krnica is the place to go to if you are looking for some peace and quiet, but don´t want to be completely isolated. This charming small town is located only 3 km from the nearest beaches. Istria is famous for its glorious countryside and the Krnica area will definitely not disappoint you. So make sure to take a walk around and enjoy your surrounding. The coastal area is perfect for scuba diving which makes Krnica the ideal starting point for scuba tours of the nearby aquatorium. There is a lot to do here for those that like to stay active on vacation: you can try out water sports such as paddling or practice your tennis skills, have fun playing bocce ball, mini-golf, volleyball etc. Istria in general prides itself on being a culinary destination so make sure to try out local specialities. If you feel like exploring further, towns such as Pula, Rovinj, Motovun and Groznjan are only a short drive away.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder im Alter von 2-8) in der Villa Bursic für zwei Wochen zu Gast. Das voll klimatisierte Haus bietet in allen Belangen eine top Ausstattung und ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Zwei Küchen mit Vollausstattung sorgen für genügend gekühlten Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Alle Räume sind gehoben ausgestattet (klimatisiert, Betten, TV). Drei der vier Schlafzimmer sind groß und bieten genügend Platz für ein Kinderbett. Der Pool ist super sauber und nicht gechlort. Der gesamte Außenbereich rund um den Pool ist gepflegt, bietet genügend Platz für alle Gäste und einen Freisitz mit einem großen Tisch und einer Grillstelle. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Ort Krnica bietet fußläufig zwei top Restaurants und einen Konzum für kleinere Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Im Umkreis von 15 Fahrminuten findet man viele kleine, saubere Buchten mit klarem Wasser, die sich für Strandausflüge anbieten. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber wohnen angrenzend an das Haus und kümmern sich bei Bedarf zeitnah um alle Anliegen und überraschen die Gäste immer wieder mit kleineren kulinarischen Überraschungen aus dem eigenen Garten oder der Region.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Neu erstellte Villa mit sehr hohem Comfort. Wir waren 2Familien mit Kindern und hatten viel Freude an der Villa. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ich würde jederzeit die Villa wieder buchen!
