On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living and dining area. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all three air-conditioned and with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a small, cosy terrace where a pleasant breeze always blows on hot summer days. The old attic has been converted into a large master bedroom, with exposed bricks and ceiling beams that give the room a special charm. This bedroom is also air-conditioned and has its own bathroom. There is a large pool in the courtyard where you can swim and relax. Alternatively, you can sunbathe on deck chairs around the pool with a cold drink in your hand. The pool also has a small slide for the little ones. If you are travelling with children, this villa is the perfect choice as it has a 2000 m² garden with lush greenery where children can play. There is also a badminton and volleyball net, darts, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, swings so they can easily burn off excess energy. Gajana is a small village in the municipality of Vodnjan near Pula and Rovinj. Gajana is a typical Istrian village with 20 houses surrounded by fields and forests. About 6 km outside Gajana is the medieval town of Vodnjan, in the centre of which you can still admire Baroque, Renaissance and Gothic architecture. Everywhere you can see many details from different eras, such as wooden doors, stone facades and wrought-iron decorations on fountains. Typical old and narrow cobbled stone streets lead to the church, which has the highest church tower in Istria. As Istria has good transport connections, you can always get in your car and go on a trip. After a short drive of 20 to 40 minutes through beautiful nature, you will reach the large coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. All three places are ancient towns from Roman times, where you can explore many historical monuments, such as the amphitheatre in Pula, the Euphrasian Basilica in Porec or the church of St. Euphemia in Rovinj. For cooling off in the crystal blue sea, visit the numerous beaches in nearby.

Filip ist sehr bemüht, regelt alles in kürzester Zeit und hat gute Tips für alle Arten von Aktivitäten.
Die Ausstattung für 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend und das Areal ist riesig.
Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern, die einen ruhigen Urlaub in Istrien verbringen wollen und das Gebiet zwischen Vrsar und Pula erkunden wollen!
We hadden een heel fijn verblijf in Villa Negrin. Het was niet perfect maar dat maakte het juist wel leuk. De tuin is enorm en omheind, hoewel een vluchtgevaarlijke hond er wel overheen zou kunnen. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden, niet verwarmd dus erg verfrissend! Het overdekte buitengedeelte was ook top, extra credits dat de vogelnestjes nog tegen het plafond zaten met een stukje karton eronder om de vogelpoep op te vangen. Leuk om buiten te badmintonnen en tafeltennissen. Er staan ook een groot aantal mountainbikes die je kan gebruiken. Binnen is ruim en zeer goed schoongemaakt. Het is wat gedateerd maar alles functioneerd naar behoren. De bedden zijn vrij hard, wij vonden dat prettig. Lakens en handdoeken in veelvoud en krakend schoon. 1 punt van kritiek is het koffiezetapparaat, die werkt wel maar een pot koffie duurde heel lang. De ligging is praktisch, eigen vervoer wel noodzakelijk maar zowel Rovinj als Pula in 20 min rijden te bereiken.

Für Familien mit Kinder ideal.
Wir, 3 Ehepaare und 2 Hunde, hatten 2 entspannte und ruhige Urlaubswochen in der Villa Negrin.
Wir haben den riesigen Garten mit den vielen großen Bäumen, den gut gepflegten Pool und das großzügige Haus sehr genossen. In wenigen Minuten ist man per Auto oder Fahrrad (von denen 3 für Erwachsene und 2 für Kinder zur Verfügung stehen) im Ort Barbariga mit Strand, Restaurants, kleinem Supermarkt und Bäckerei.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in Alleinlage mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus, aber man ist mit dem Auto recht schnell in den sehenswerten Städtchen Istriens. Rovinj, Pula, Vodnjan und das wunderschöne Bale liegen fast "um die Ecke".
Für ruhesuchende Gäste ist die Villa Negrin wirklich zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten wundervolle 7 Tage in der Villa Negrin. Patrick hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die weiträumige Gartenanlage mit dem Pool, den vielen Sportgeräten und die Aussenküche sind echt super. Die Kinder haben immer etwas zu tun gehabt. Die Lage von der Villa ist spitze. Wir sind mit den Fahrrädern in nur 10 Min. an den Naturstrand gefahren. Die Fahrräder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und gingen top. Man konnte in 15 bis 30 min. viele Städte erreichen, aber am Haus die Ruhe und Stille genießen. Da es Abends noch kühl war, sorgte der Ofen und der Kamin für die benötigte Wärme. Patrick hatte dafür sogar schon Holz zum schüren für uns fertig gemacht. Es war rundrum ein gelungener Urlaub, mit viel Ruhe und einem riesigen Erholungsefekt. Vielen Dank dafür 🤗

Alles top, wie auf den Bildern.
Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist es auch kein Problem, wenn es mal ein bisschen lauter wird, Alles war schön sauber. Am besten ist der Pavillon im riesigen Garten mit Grillstelle und extra Kühlschrank, dort kann man den Schatten genießen und gemütlich zusammen essen.
