Luxurious villa near the sea

Wunderschön! Die Villa Zen ist wunderschön, sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenbereich ist perfekt ausgestattet und äußerst gepflegt. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, das hat uns angenehm überrascht. Der Eigentümer Bojan ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir, 8 Personen, 3 Generationen, haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Danke Bojan

Die Villa Zen ist ganz fantastisch. 5* für Sauberkeit, Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles was man benötigt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Umgebung, man ist aber auch in 5-10 Minuten am Strand.. der Pool, Jacuzzi und Garten sind super gepflegt. Man kann auch den Tag sehr gut in diesem Haus verbringen und Abends gemütlich in der Außenküche grillen. Danke Bojan!

Das Haus ist großartig und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche darin! Was zusätzlich zu erwähnen ist - der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten im Haus vorhanden, welche in den meisten anderen Häusern oftmals fehlen (Geschirrtücher, Waschmittel, Alufolie, Backpapier, Gelsenstecker, uvm). Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Absolut schön und top ausgestattet !! Alles was man braucht auf höchstem Level. Sehr netter Vermieter der sich um alles kümmert.

Villa Zen was the perfect environment for our family holiday. in August 2020 (despite the difficult corona time) The condition of the building and garden is really as you can see it on the pictures, simply perfect. The interior is modern and tastefully equipped. However as we had two weeks of lovely weather, we used the house itself mainly for sleeping and just once the spacy living room with the kitchen to have dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, even basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil... and towel, dishwashing detergent, ... all was available. The real value of the villa is the excellently maintained garden with the lovely lawn with its automated sprinklers (running during nighttime). The pool is spacy and we had a lot of fun with the well equipped pool area with billiard table table football and table tennis. Sometimes we used the physical training room but honestly the jacuzzi was the more welcomed place during holiday, especially in the evenings, when temperature was lower. Bojan, the owner of the house, a friendly, kind guy, speaking fluently English cared about our needs from the first day on to the departure. Bed linen and towels were changed weekly, he aligned the timing with us to avoid any impact on our comfort when moving the lawn and the jacuzzi water was changed several times and he even cleand the pool also the filter and skimmer were working perfectly. Although we liked to stay several days at the villa and in the garden the area of Pula offers many places for lovely day and evening trips. We preferred more the lonely rocky coasts with small bays and beaches then the famous but crowded Medulin Beach. Also worth was a boat trip to high cliffs with caverns and nice places for a swim. Pula has a little old center with shops and bars and the cultural highlight is the amphi theater which you shouldn't miss. However also don't forget to visit Rovinj with the beautiful old town, it is worth the 50 minutes trip by car. Bojan thank you for all, We wish you and your family and your furture guests all best.

For my family and me it was the best vacay of all time. We loved the villa and the full ambiente. It was literally amazing. The owner of the villa was very friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were home! As we left the villa the whole family was beyond sad. Thank you for the amazing experience

Villa Zen was outstanding - with the highest quality modern, furnishings (and we're very fussy!), great bedrooms and a fabulous, large, well equipped, lounge kitchen area. The owner and his family were friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming right from the start of our holiday, contacting us 24 hours ahead of our visit to ensure everything was OK. The location feels a little remote, but Uber works amazingly well - even if you are not a regular Uber user. It is worth identifying the walk into Pjescana Uvala, early on in your visit. It takes about 25 minutes, some along the roadside, and there is a small supermarket along the way, but you CAN NOT do the walk in the dark. Once in Pjescana Uvala it has a couple of places to eat and you can swim off the rocks. For an evening out you really need to get a cab into Pula, but the BBQ area is very well equipped and the villa is so lovely that an evening in around the BBQ is lovely. To stock up for food you will need to get a cab to one of the local supermarkets.

We highly recommend this amazing and beautiful vila. Its a very nice place in a quiet area and perfectly equipped - with everything you can imagine. We have been there with a group of 10 people. Ideal for just chilling and relaxing in a clear salted pool or in the nice jacuzzi. You can stay there every day and you don’t need any other entertainment because they have a table tennis, billiards table, table soccer and a big chillout-area with grass. Each room has a balcony and an air conditioning system and the kitchen is a cooks dream. In the living room there was a big television with playstation and sound system. There were more than enough bathrooms with towels and toilet paper. The house keepers are more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Communication was great, they are always available and showed us around the lovely decorated apartment when we arrived. My friends and I will stay here again for sure.. We have to say it is simply amazing.

Villa Zen was the perfect home for our one week vacation with 5 adults. It is truly a dream house that offers everything one needs. Apart from being and looking brand new, it also offered a high quality interior and sense for design with each of the bedrooms having different color concepts. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything one could desire in terms of cool tableware, glasses, cutlery and cookware. Everything was very clean and the garden was perfectly tended to with lots of herbs (for example: rosemary, lavender). The outdoor space included a huge table and chairs with enough space for 10 people to sit, as well as a nice pool, jacuzzi, billiard table, pingpong table, and a foosball table. Every evening we relaxed in the lounge space off of the kitchen. For all those who want to work-out in their vacation, a fitness room with some equipment was also provided. And for those who visit during the colder months, a small sauna in the fitness room offers the perfect way to end a long day. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill offered the perfect opportunity to grill as often as one wanted. The owner of the house Bojan and his family were so friendly and helpful with everything! He always made sure everything was ok, which truly shows he cares about his guests! We look forward to coming back to Villa Zen again!

This Villa is perfect for the whole family. 👌 Our children loved to play in the Pool and the parents had a lot of fun playing some Table Tennis tournaments. The Villa is perfectly equipped with everything and the renter takes care of any problems that may arise. They are very, very nice and we really thank them for a great holiday. 👍 Beides that a marvellous beach is very near and also a couple of good supermarkets are good in near distance. You will enjoy your stay there! 👍

We spent one week with 4 adults and 6 Children in this absolutely wonderful villa . We enjoyed the holiday to the max. The house is a brand new and perfect dreamhouse which leaves nothing to be desired. There is everything, that a comfortable und luxurious home needs: massive space, high quality interior, total cleanness, sense for design, well tended garden with lots of culinary herbs, big pool, cozy jacuzzi tub, billiard table, outdoor kitchen, .... the list could go on endlessly... The neighbourhood is totaly friendly and the most important thing is the owner of the house Bojan and his wife. He is so friendly, patient and helpful with everything. They take care of their guest and made us feel homelike. Thank you very much Bojan with all my heart! Greetings and blessings from all of us!

We were spending 2 weeks in this superb villa. Indeed, reality exceeded by far the expectations based on the nice pictures on the booking site: there is a lot of space inside and outside so, although we were six, it never seemed crowded; everything was available, new, of high quality and very stylish and cozy at the same time. Everybody felt at home. Although there were still a lot of places to visit in the neighborhood, we decided a couple of days to chill at the villa… pure ZEN… Bojan and his family being such fantastic hosts contributed also a lot to this relaxing vacation. It is for sure an experience we want to repeat and can recommend! Noëlla, Kris, Catherine, Alex, Amber and Peter.

Our holiday week in Villa Zen was a great one! The house offers every comfort you can Imagine - we and especially our kids loved the Pool, the whirlpool, the billard table, table Tennis and so on! We even had to convince them to go to the sea as they wanted to stay all day in the Villa :-) The rooms offer a lot of space and the Separate bathroom is very convenient. Kitchen is huge and stuffed with everything you need. In total the house is furnished very stylish and with high Quality materials. What we want to mention is, that Bojan, the landlord, is very very friendly and supportive! He even came during the week to change the water of our whirlpool as the kids have used it so much :-) thanks a lot for a wonderful week of vacation!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa located in a little village near Pula. The house is modern and tastefully equipped. The kitchen is very spacious and offers everything you (may ever) need. The four bed rooms are nicely furnished with elegant armchairs and pillows in matching colors - each room which a different color concept. We had a great time exploring near by Kap Kamenjak and visiting Pula, but most of the time we simply enjoyed the house and its property which is characterized by a spacious garden with pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and many more things to appreciate.
