This beautiful four-bedroom villa is located in Bonasini which is a charming little village, built from stone with 10 inhabitants – a very peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. It is positioned on a sunny hill, surrounded by forest in untouched nature, so the location is perfect for outdoor activities.
This villa has a total indoor area of 215 sqm and outdoor 1.280 sqm. It also has its own garden, private swimming pool, a covered barbecue, and dining area with an outdoor summer kitchen and comfortable garden furniture. The villa is well-equipped and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and A/C units. Next to the main building of the villa, there is a small private wellness center (Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, shower) for your pleasure. In addition to this, you will find nearby a shared sports area with a volleyball court, table tennis, and badminton court.

If complete relaxation, total comfort, and a beautiful countryside setting is your aim, Villa Bonasini is almost impossible to beat. Should you, however, decide to leave the indulgent luxury of your holiday villa, there are plenty of amazing places nearby to discover.
The nearest beaches are in the idyllic fishing village of Fazana (20 km) with a beautiful harbor from where tourist boats take you to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brioni.
A wide range of tourist amenities can be found in the breathtaking historic town of Rovinj (30 km) and be sure to visit the region's capital, Pula, where a magnificent Roman amphitheater hosts regular film screenings, cultural events, and live concerts by world-famous artists.
Not to be missed are the quaint medieval villages of Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km), and Bale (15 km) filled with picturesque squares, narrow stone streets, and cozy tavernas, shops, and bars.
Besides cultural and historical beauties, this region offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that can be savored in the many restaurants, agritourism, and local cellars only a short drive away.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gut ausgestattet nur auf der Terasse fehlen Liegen, und Sonnenschirme. Die Villa hat Platz für 6-8 Personen und es gibt 4 Liegen bzw. nur 1 Sonnenschirm. Wir haben problemlos einen 2. Sonnenschirm bekommen.
