Our Villa Jolanda Rovinj is located in the enchanting town of Rovinj on the west coast of Istria. This beautiful ground floor villa is ideal for 4 guests who want to spend a dream vacation close to the sea and near the city centre.
The refreshing pool is the heart of the property and the place where you will have fun and relax. Enjoy the Croatian sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, jump into the cool water to refresh yourself and get that summer tan that you will take home as a souvenir. The covered terrace with a dining table will be your favourite place for breakfast or for barbecues together. A gas grill is available for this. In the garden, there is a trampoline, mini football goals and badminton to pass the time for the little ones. If you step inside the villa from the terrace, you will find yourself in the open, tastefully furnished living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Lots of small details will catch your eye. The two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable double beds promise restful nights and the 2 modern bathrooms will be your very own little wellness oasis.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool sind die Highlights. Tolle Ausstattung des Hauses - es fehlt nichts. Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne!!!
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für maximal 4 Personen. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tolle Vermieterin, Kontakt ganz unkompliziert. Bilder sind authentisch. Pool und Garten spitze. Rovinj mit dem Rad über die Straße in 5 Minuten erreichbar, am Meer entlang in 15 Minuten. Diverse Gastronomie auch in der Nähe. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen 👍.

Das Haus gefällt uns sehr gut. Mein Mann und ich lieben den großen Garten, die Ruhe und die geschmackvolle Gestaltung. Wir haben die Fahrräder dabei und sind den herrlichen Weg am Meer nach Rovinj gefahren, um die Ecke schöne Konobas, wo man lecker essen kann. Wir haben das Haus tip top sauber übernommen, Betten sehr gut, Aussendusche und Pool sind eine angenehme Abkühlung. Wir haben hier schöne Tage verbracht.
