Villa Macun is a perfect choice for a summer holiday, but also for those who are wanting to explore the charms of Istria during spring and autumn, as it has a heated pool, a wellness area that consists of two saunas, a Finnish and an infrared sauna, a shower, and an indoor jacuzzi, as well as all necessary features like central and underfloor heating. It offers accommodation for up to 8 persons in 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, providing everything for a completely relaxing holiday.
Located in Rovinjsko Selo, near the beautiful city of Rovinj and just about 6 km away from the sea, this villa´s outdoor highlight is the private pool set in a heavenly beautiful tended garden, which you will surely enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and one bathroom. On the upper floor there are the 3 bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as one bathrooms. The third bathroom is located outdoors, which makes it easier to spend the whole day outdoors. Well, who wouldn’t? Private single-phase socket and secured charger available for charging electric vehicles (included in the price). Besides the pool, there is a wonderful covered terrace with a dining area and a large charcoal grill for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals. .

The villa is located in Rovinjsko Selo, about 5 km from Rovinj away. Rovinj was once a small fishing village, but today it is a popular tourist destination with a rich cultural heritage. The charming narrow streets of this medieval town hide numerous galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes. Rovinj has located only 40 km from Pula and has long been known as the town with a favourable and beneficial mild climate. The entire coastline, with its 22 islands is an area of protected natural heritage. The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia Church. From its tower, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the town. This place provides numerous options for an unforgettable holiday: walking and cycling trails, sailing, climbing, diving, paragliding, tennis, archaeological monuments, exquisite culinary specialities and beautiful beaches. Mysterious and romantic, this old town is a place worth visiting!

Wir haben das Haus mit sechs Personen eine Woche lang bewohnt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die ruhige Lage und Sauberkeit sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist angenehm und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Der Garten, wie auch der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Beim Jacuzzi sollte erwähnt werden, dass eine Nutzung bei mehr als zwei Personen dazu führen kann, dass das Wasser überläuft. Leider ist der Bodenabfluss so angebracht, dass das meiste Wasser nicht dorthin abfließt, sondern sich gleichmäßig im Raum verteilt und sogar ins angrenzende Bad fließt. Wenn es sonst noch etwas zu bemängeln gibt, wäre das die Tatsache, dass es nur zwei Klimageräte gibt, eins im Wohnzimmer und eins im Flur des Obergeschosses. Da wären Klimageräte in den Schlafräumen absolut wünschenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten, erholsamen Aufenthalt und sagen den Vermietern auf diesem Wege ein herzliches Dankeschön!
Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, bot genug Platz für 5 Personen. Im Pool und Garten ließ sich wunderbar entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit Meerblick und ist super geeignet, um Istrien zu erkunden. Die Küchenausstattung ist für 1 Urlaubswoche ausreichend.
