Stunning and modern Villa Lodi is located in Kastel Stafilic, a town between the Unesco World Heritage Sites Split and Trogir. The villa is only 100m from the sea and just a 5min walk to the centre of the city.
This lovely villa can accommodate up to 10 persons. The villa is arranged over three floors: the ground floor, first floor and second floor with a terrace on the top. The ground floor of the villa consists of a wonderful and cosy living room with a kitchen and dining room. The villa offers 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a TV. The first floor is designed as a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a balcony each. The other two bedrooms and one bathroom are designed more like a family area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, while the other bedroom has two single beds which can be joined. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the top floor, you can enjoy and relax in a comfortable room with a bathroom, TV and a large terrace with a sea view.
The special thing about this villa is a glass wall that leads you to the gorgeous outdoor pool terrace with a 40m2 swimming pool with a shower. After a nice swim, you can continue to enjoy your family moments by lying on the sunbeds and enjoying the sun or just preparing a nice BBQ meal. There is a private parking place for 4 cars and two bikes are at your disposal. The villa is pet-friendly and located in an advantageous location between two beautiful cities, that you will surely be able to enjoy. The villa Lodi is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

The villa is located in Kastel Stafilic, the settlement is in the system of the city of Kastela and is one of 7 Dalmatian kastelas in a row along the Kastelanski Zaljev. Interestingly, the oldest olive tree comes from Kastela, which is over 1,500 years old.
The advantage of the location is that you are surrounded by beautiful islands like Brac, Hvar, Vis, etc., so you can organize boat trips or even a trip to the Krka waterfalls. Don’t forget to visit Split and Trogir that are also not far away. Trogir is a well-known tourist town situated 25 km north of Split. Trogir has a beautiful old town that is on the list of UNESCO’s world cultural heritage. Trogir is an excellent destination for a day trip from Split.
