The welcoming paved terrace edged with a wooden sundeck and a Mediterranean garden beckons to those more interested in tanning and swimming than sightseeing with a beautiful infinity pool whose edge seems to spill into the cobalt blue sea.
Cosy sun loungers and daybeds are thoughtfully placed to enjoy both sun and shade and there’s a wonderful verandah where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets while feasting on barbecued steaks or the freshest seafood purchased from the local fishermen.
The spacious accommodation with all the advantages of modern-day technology (WiFi, A/C, cable and SAT TV) unfolds on three floors and comprises 4 bright self-sufficient apartments with 4 well-equipped kitchens including dining areas, 3 comfortable living rooms with a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere, 6 bathrooms (four of which are ensuite) and 7 double bedrooms, enabling even a large group to find privacy from each other should the need arise. Each level opens to a balcony or an outside terrace, cleverly placed so you can also admire the magnificent sea views in private.
It’s almost impossible to gaze at the pretty surrounding islands from your villa every day without being tempted to hop in a boat and explore which can easily be realized by renting a boat directly from your very helpful onsite caretakers.
Villa Paula is ideally placed to explore this corner of paradise with its array of stunning beaches, idyllic islands, hidden bays and the famously crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, plus within an easy distance of the wonderful historical and architectural sights of the renowned UNESCO world heritage sites of Trogir and Split. The busy little resort village of Okrug Gornji located on the picturesque island of Čiovo offers a lovely choice of restaurants, cafes and shops but also a number of beach bars visited by many young people in the evenings for various kinds of parties. Numerous small coves in its near vicinity offer peace and quiet to those who prefer privacy, while beautiful pebble beaches with enough shallow areas make it a perfect setting for both families with children, as well as younger generations in need of entertainment.
Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large variety of sport and adventure facilities including a diving centre, tennis, soccer and basketball courts, as well as beachvolleyball, surfing, parasailing and all kinds of water activities. Cars, bicycles and boats can be rented directly at the villa.
We stayed at Villa Paula from July 9-16, 2022 with 12 people in total! Our host on site! Ivan, met us upon arrival and was so amazing the entire stay. One evening we had Ivan and his Father-in-law cook us an amazing dinner outside by the pool which was awesome!
The Villa is located on the Adriatic and very private but just a 5 second walk to jump in the ocean if you desire. Split airport was a short 15 minute taxi in and the airport is new, simple and not overly busy.
Lots of restaurants near by, either walking or a short taxi to Trogir, with ample kitchens and fridges to store your own food and drink!
Our only feedback is that the one neighbour (to the right looking out to the sea) was not very pleasant and me told Ivan it was not comfortable a couple of times! The exterior of the Villa where you spend most of the days is amazing and the interior is a bit dated but all bedrooms (7) had their own ensuites and air conditioning too! For the money some extras like paddle boards would be nice to include!!
We would recommend for a large family or group of friends looking for a beautiful piece of paradise to enjoy a week or more of total relaxation!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Paula. The views over the bay are absolutely breathtaking and we loved having direct access to the sea at the end of the garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend this to any of our friends. Thanks to Ivan for being such a great host!

Im Haus konnte das Möbel teilweise schon erneuert werden.
Trotzdem ist Villa Paula wirklich zu empfehlen!

Predivna lokacija, fantastican pogled iz svakog apartmana, vrlo ljubazni i angazirani domacini.
You cannot wish for better place to stay in Trogir. It is within 15 min walking distance from beach Bars and restaurants and directly next to the Sea. The Pool was super nice with a breath taking view. We had everything we wished for. Ivan, the host was amazing throughout the stay, he was like a friend. He was there for anything we needed, always happy to help and gives helpful touristic advices. The apartment is very spacious and clean.
We would definitely come back again. Thanks very much.

We were very satisfied, it was a very nice week, you have an access to the sea right in front of the front door. The owner Ivan took great care of us, I can only recommend Villa Paula.
