From the living room, you can exit to the outdoor terrace with a private pool and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue area so you can prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen next to the pool. Refresh yourself in the large swimming pool during the hot summer days and enjoy the charms of summer in this magical Istrian climate. Located at the very end of the western coast of the Istrian peninsula is the magnificent town Umag. Rich history, crystal clear sea and majestic beaches adorn this climate. The city walls as well as the famous bridge were built in the 10th century. Don't forget to visit the famous church of St. Roche, which was built in 1507 after the plague epidemic. Villa Santo is located not far from the city Umag, which is only a 9-minute car ride away. You can easily visit all the famous sights such as the famous Savudrija Lighthouse at the very top of the peninsula, which is 20 car minutes away. Rocky and pebble beaches are only 1.2 km away and are located in Camp Finida. Fans of gastronomy will be delighted by the offer of restaurants and wineries in this area, and if you prepare dinner for your loved ones then you can find all the necessary groceries in supermarkets and small shops in the area of 2km from the villa.
Die Villa ist toll! Genauso wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche) und alles sehr sauber. Bei zwei kleinen technischen Problemen hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt und die Probleme wurden sofort perfekt gelöst. 100%ige Empfehlung von uns!
Wir sind gerade noch in der Villa Santo. Genießen die letzten Tage und werden sicher wieder hier her kommen. Alles ist wunderschön. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und haben eine schöne Zeit. Garten und Pool ist ein Traum. Die Villa natürlich auch. Danke an die Besitzer für den Begrüßungsdrink.

Das haus ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. es fehlt an nichts.
Für das Auto gibt es sogar eine Drehscheibe, damit man wieder vorwärts mit dem auto aus dem hof fährt.
Der kinoraum ist richtig gut ausgestattet. netflix, soundanlage, massagesitze, PS5 mit vielen spielen, einfach TOP.
Alle zimmer besitzen insektenschutz an den fenstern, sehr gut.
Generell ist das Haus sehr sehr gut ausgestattet, da fehlt es wirklich an nichts, können wir so weiter empfehlen.
This villa is an absolute highlight! Everything was perfect.It is very tastefully and modernly furnished, has a lot of space (6-8 people can comfortably spend wonderful holidays here) and has very special details: beautiful pool with outdoor bar, large gas barbecue with filled gas bottle, cinema room (sensationally furnished even with massage chairs!), 4 bedrooms with 3 beautiful bathrooms, well thought-out lighting throughout the house and much more.
We were warmly welcomed by the owners as never before: they made us feel from the first second that we were now the new owners of this house for 2 weeks.

Villa Santo was beatifull and awesome, new, moderd and all facilities, excellent 😃👍
Owners were very pleasant and nice, they prepared refreshment and some snacks, prosecco, beers etc for us when we arrived to villa. Our child and dogs got gifts. One of us had birthday during our holiday in villa and he got birhdaycake from owners of villa, its was so nice suprise. Thanks for everything.
