Cozy villa with pool near Umag

Villa Stella Juricani is a great choice for family vacations, but also a holiday with friends. The villa has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 6 guests.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with a living room, one bathroom and a shaded outdoor dining area. The dining table with chairs and view on the olive grove near the villa is the best place for a friend or a family gathering. All bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as one bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has a shaded balcony with a view of the neighbourhood. All rooms in the villa have A/C. The whole villa is furnished in a cosy style, which makes the villa very homelike. Villa Stella Juricani has a private pool and 6 sun loungers where you can relax after swimming. On the terrace next to the sun loungers are also 2 parasols, so you can lay back and enjoy the day by sunbathing, listening to music or reading a book. There is a charcoal grill on the terrace, where you can make a hearty meal for family and friends. The villa is surrounded by a stone wall, which is typical for Istria. Behind the stone wall, there is a large olive grove, so you can enjoy the view, and also take a walk and explore the area. Villa Stella Juricani is the right place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Villa Stella Juricani is located not far from the tourist centres of Istria, which are definitely worth a visit. Villa Stella Juricani is only 13.8 km away from Savudrija, which is known for being the most western point of Croatia but also hides other interesting things to explore. For lovers of active holidays, we recommend a tour through Savudrija by bike. Bike paths pass by the remains of historic Roman buildings, and gourmets will surely be interested in the rich gastronomic offer that includes seafood, asparagus, truffles, olive oil and excellent wines. A visit to Savudrija cannot pass without going to the oldest lighthouse in Croatia, which was built in 1818, and is an unavoidable place for all visitors to this area. The town of Umag, known for its ATP - Croatia Open tennis tournament, is 6 kilometres away from Villa Stella Juricani. Walking through the picturesque streets of the Old Town, all the way to the beach of St Pelegrin, you will get to know the city best and feel its Mediterranean charm.
