If you are looking for a taste of true Mediterranean living but still don't want to give up the comforts of a modern holiday home, Villa Dumina is your perfect match. Located just 300 m from fabulous beaches, with all the necessary amenities within easy walking distance, this amazing villa acts as a great base to discover this piece of Croatian paradise.
The villa is set within a lovely spacious garden with an enticing large pool including a hydro massage ring, as well as a private children playground for our little guests. A choice of lounge and dining areas, both sunny and shady, will soon get you into the relaxing Mediterranean mood and the two traditional open fireplaces invite you to prepare your own versions of the region’s specialities.
The ground floor features a beautiful open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with wooden beams, rustic furniture and a cosy fireplace making for a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Large patio doors open directly onto the outside terraces and swimming pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The ground floor is also home to a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, but also a private gym with a modern sauna and a separate shower and toilet. There are four double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor, with independent access to a very romantic panoramic terrace overlooking the islands and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

Villa Dumina is located in a small village of Sukosan, just a short drive away from the ancient city of Zadar with historical and cultural heritage truly worth a visit. The great Alfred Hitchcock said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world - be sure not to miss it!
The old town provides monuments of the ancient, medieval and Renaissance times: Romans square (1st century), church of St. Donat (9th century), church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in 16th century), cathedral of St. Stošija (12th-13th century), the parts of defence walls… Nowadays it is famous for the symphony of the Sea Organ and light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting to the Sun).
The region abounds in beautiful beaches, great restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine, national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes, Telašćica, Paklenica…). And if you are looking for more fun from dusk till dawn, in Zadar there are plenty of beach clubs and coffee bars and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and clubs.
During your stay in Zadar do not forget to taste the sweet Maraschino cherry liquor!
Wir haben usn sehr wohl gefühlt, Insgesamt waren wir 3 Familien mit Kindern, wir hatte genügend Platz und der Pool war die Freizeitbeschäftigung der Kinder. Alles ist so wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber nciht aufdringlich. In der Nähe (zu Fuss 5-10 Minuten) befindet sich der Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten ein großer Supermarkt. Empfehlenswert sind Badeschuhe im Wasser. Die Villa ist top und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
Die Villa ist perfekt, es war alles in bester Ordnung. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Villa wird auch sicherlich von uns weiterempfohlen.

Nicht unser Erstes Haus in Kroatien, aber bisher unser Bestes. Wirklich sehr schön und sauber, genügend Geschirr und Handtücher zum wechseln vorhanden. Toller Pool mit 10 Liegen und gepflegtem Außenbereich.
Kleiner Spielplatz, Grill und ein zusätzlicher Essplatz im Freien machen den Urlaub perfekt.
In ein paar Minuten erreicht man den Strand, Wasser ist Kristallklar, jedoch sind Badeschuhe sehr empfehlenswert.

We stayed at Villa Dumina in the summer holidays with our best friends and their 2 children, altogether 4 adults and 3 children. We couldn't fault the villa or the hosts. We were met on arrival and shown round the very spacious villa. The space is perfect, the outdoor area is superb with shady area aswell as a fantastic second kitchen. The pool was very clean and was used daily. All the rooms were great sizes with ensuite bathrooms. The local beach is a very short walk away and a short car journey into Sukosan. Great location for visiting Zadar which we did a couple if times. Can highly recommend the villa.

Alles perfekt, sehr schöne Villa, sehr sauber, der Pool hatte super angenehme Temperatur, sehr nette Besitzer, die jederzeit erreichbar und innerhalb 10 min. vor Ort waren, sehr hundefreundlich - absolut zum Weiterempfehlen!!!
We have just returned from villa dumina and all I can say is wow. Its absolutely beautiful, well equipped and has been done to a very high spec. It was more than big enough for the 11 of us who went. The pool was fab the gym also and large bbq area and loads of outside space. Restaurant ,beach , beach bar and supermarket all 200 m away and the town of sukosan is a 2 km walk. Zadar is approx 15 mins in a taxi both sukosan and zadar are both lovely. I would recommend to anybody wanted to explore the zadar area. Owners were very helpful and around if needed but left us to it for the week. Can’t recommend enough!
