Three bright and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two have a double bed, which in one of the rooms can be separated into two single beds if necessary, and they use the bathroom located upstairs. Two rooms have access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will find another air-conditioned bedroom with a bed for one person that can be turned into a double bed upon request and therefore offers the possibility to accommodate one additional person. There is also one more bathroom, a living room with a TV and a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire space is air-conditioned. From the living room you can access the garden where you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the warm Dalmatian sun. Next to the house there is a terrace with a dining table, where you can enjoy with family and friends tasting the dishes you have prepared on the grill, which is also at your disposal. For guests looking for an active vacation, a table tennis table and a basketball hoop are available. The property is completely fenced and has private parking for 4 cars. It is a beautiful island, with rich herbs and pines that are responsible for the intense and irresistible Mediterranean scents in the air. The island is definitely worth a visit, and it is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge, so there is much more to explore. The Pašman Channel is known for its extremely clean sea due to the sea currents in the area. The nearest beaches are only a short walk away from the villa. Pašman is a great choice for fans of extreme sports and cyclists, which is a good way to explore the natural beauty of this island. We also recommend you to visit nearby cities such as Zadar, Nin or Šibenik. If you are in Zadar, visit the church of St. Donat, Salutation to the Sun and Sea Organ. In Nin, you will find beautiful sandy beaches, a salt pan and healing mud. Visit the amusement park in Biograd, and if you are a nature lover, don't miss a trip to the nature park Vrana Lake, and the national parks Kornati, Krka or Paklenica.
