The villa consists of 3 separate apartments that are connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you will find an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cosy living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. On the same floor, there is a tavern, which is ideal for evening family get-togethers in front of the fireplace overlooking the pool. On the first floor, there is an apartment with a living room, a kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom, but there are also two more bathrooms on the same floor. One bedroom gives you access to a spacious balcony with an enchanting view of the surroundings. On the second floor, there is another apartment with a bright living room and a modern kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. This apartment also has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets in the evening and drink your coffee in the sun in the morning.
But that is not all! There are also numerous activities available in the villa, such as a pool table, table tennis, darts and basketball hoop.

Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend!
Das Meer ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar ca 7 min.

Das Haus ist überragend, super sauber, modern und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Auf jeder der 3. Etage befindet sich eine neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr viel Platz. Das Anwesen bietet mit der Gartenanlage und den Balkonen ausreichend viele Rückzugorte für die Familien / Gruppen der jeweiligen Etagen.
Super gepflegter Aussenbereich und Pool, der mehrfach vom Vermieter gereinigt wurde. Freizeitaktivitäten für Jung und Alt, wie z.B. Tischtennis, Billiard, Dart, Basketball, xbox.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Vermieterpärchen, welches sich jedem unserer Wünsche sofort angenommen hat.
Fazit: Besonders empfehlenswert und viel Spass!!!
