Starting from the ground floor up, the open space stylish living area is connected to the equally beautiful kitchen with a dining area from where you can easily access the private pool with hydromassage and a gorgeous sea view. One comfy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a guest WC are also located on the ground floor. The other three elegant double bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and three out of four have a TV for added comfort.

Zaton is a small tourist town located between two historic towns - Nin (2km) and Zadar (12km). The beautiful Dalmatian architecture, the pleasant Mediterranean climate, beautiful landscapes and a lively tourist atmosphere as well as a variety of beaches make this place perfect for a pleasant family holiday. With Zaton you connect the words peace, crystal clear sea and dreamy sunsets. Good road connections and the close proximity of the Zadar airport make the drive to the villa easy and pleasant. 2 km from Zaton you will find Nin - a small town located on an island in a shallow lagoon and connected to the mainland by two stone bridges. Nin is known as the oldest royal cradle in Croatia with the smallest cathedral in the world. The town has a long history and beautiful natural treasures and is an excellent place for health tourism, as evidenced by the curable sea mud that is said to cure many diseases. Zadar, the center of Central Dalmatia is not far either (12 km). It is an ancient city with rich cultural and historical heritage going back all the way to ancient, medieval and renaissance times. Visit the Romans square, the church of St. Donat, Cathedral of St. Anastasia or take a look at the old defence wall. But beside cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers a unique gastro experience, known for home-made Dalmatian prosciutto (pršut) and Mediterranean blue mussels. Zadar is also famous for the light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting to the Sun) and the symphony of the Sea Organ. Zadar completes its offer with various beaches, restaurants, bars and cafes. As one of the possibilities for a day trip we would definitely recommend the national and nature parks such as the Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes, Vransko jezero, Telascica and Paklenica, which will, without a doubt, leave you breathless.
Ein absoluter Traum. Die Villa bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und man hat totale Privatsphäre! Wir hatten eine schöne Begrüßung durch Nina, die uns alle Fragen beantwortet hat und sowohl bei Ankunft als auch bei Abreise, auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Gerne wieder! Danke
Ich möchte in dieser Bewertung einfach nicht aufhören zu schwärmen! Es war mehr als traumhaft! Die Villa bietet absoluten Luxus! Es ist wirklich alles durchdacht. Vom Cocktailshaker bis zur Playstation samt vorhandenen Spielen. Beste moderne Küchengeräte: Jura Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, sogar Tortenform, wunderschöne Weingläser, tolles Geschirr, Weber Grill... einfach unglaublich! Die Villa war absolut sauber und es fiel besonders die liebevolle Deko auf! Der Pool wurde regelmäßig von einem Poolboy kontrolliert. Beim Whirlpool befinden sich Massagedüsen in verschiedener Höhe. Ich bin mir vorgekommen wie ein Ehrengast. Ausserdem befindet sich die Villa nicht weit weg vom Strand. Es war so unglaublich schön! Ich kann es mehr als empfehlen. Wirklich ein Geheimtipp! Wir waren im August 2023, 2 Familien mit je einem Kind, in der Villa. Die Villa ist perfekt, es ist alles durchdacht und man hat alles was man benötigt im Haus. Die Betreuung und der Service von Nina ist sehr sehr nett, schnell und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand hat für jeden etwas Kies und Sandstrand sehr flach und ideal zum Spielen für Kinder.
Wir waren im Jahr 2020 in dieser traumhaften Villa. Wir waren 2 Familien und insgesamt 9 Personen. Ich durfte dort meinen Geburtstag feiern und bekam sogar eine Torte, Champagner und eine Umarmung von Mikela.. Es ist alles perfekt und die junge Dame namens Mikela hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie hat eine sehr positive Ausstrahlung und spricht perfekt deutsch, da fiel uns sogar der Abschied schwer.. Sie war auch sehr freundlich zu unsern Kindern und ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Die Villa ist nur zu empfehlen. Ich grüße mit dieser Bewertung auch die Besitzer dieser Villa und natürlich die bezaubernde Mikela. Liebe Grüße von Sheqere Salihu

Die Villa ist wunderschön und genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.
Der Pool und die Dachterrasse waren die absoluten Highlights und der rundum Blick auf das Wasser war atemberaubend.
Wir waren von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung begeistert und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
In der Villa hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war voll ausgestattet und sehr hochwertig.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
Danke auch an unsere Ansprechpartnerinnen die uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet haben und immer erreichbar waren.
Amazing vacations in a divine villa Tamaria where we stayed for two weeks in September 2020.
We were welcomed by Mishela, very friendly manager of the villa. During our stay, Mishela was available to make sure that everything was in order in the villa, helpful at all times, exceeding our expectations.
From the very first moment arriving at the premises and entering our villa, we realized that there is quality everywhere - down to the smallest detail.
Very stylish and modern decoration and furnitures, combined with all kinds of amenities makes you feel at home butbat the same time promising unforgettable vacation.
This villa has three levels,
At the lower level is one bedroom with en suite bathroom, the huge living room with direct access to the private pool and the perfect kitchen (The kitchen leaves you wanting for nothing).
At the upper level there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is en suite.
At the top level is stuning sea view terrace with huge lounge area, just perfect for morning and evening relaxation.
Regardless the number of the guests, privacy is also maintained should one desire so. We want to mention here the tip top quality of the beds and the pillows ...just perfect.
The pool area is really fantastic ... we enjoyed the sun, swimming and Weber BBQ #partyparty every day and night.
The villa itself is surrounded by beautiful live fence providing discretion at all times.
The villa is in a very convenient distance from everything , the airport is about 30 minutes drive, there are beaches all around in short driving or walking distance including a beach just down the road from the house not more then 50m away.
Visiting Zadar takes about 20 minutes driving. Try to book dinner at Foša tavern in the old part of the city .... traditional authentic Croatian food.... just fantastic...
All in all we would like to say that these were truly memorable holidays in the beautiful Croatia.
We are very happy with our decision to stay at Villa Tamaria....
Thanks to the quality of the villa and the high level of service, we literally had divine holidays !!!

Wir verbrachten im August 2020 eine Woche in der schönen Villa Tamaria. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Misela empfangen. Die Villa war sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichet und auch alle gleichwertig, lediglich zwei Zimmer mussten sich ein Bad teilen. Wir waren zwei Familen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder). Für 8 Personen ist die Villa vollkommen ausreichend..nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr hochwertig, angefangen von Küchengeräten, über Töpfe, Frenseher, Regenduschen etc. ... Der Pool ist schön gross und bietet abends bei einem Glas Wein auch einen schönen Ausblick.
Zur Umgebung: Die Villa befindet sich in einer Neubausiedlung, ringsherum ist fast noch gar nichts, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant muss man erfahren...ist aber kein Problem, da keine riesigen Entfernungen. Rundherum hat uns die Woche wirklich sehr gut gefallen, wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen im Alter von 24-30 Jahren für 8 Tage in der traumhaften Villa Tamaria. Misela hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir wurden von ihr sehr gut über die Villa sowohl als auch über den Ort beraten. Sie stand uns jederzeit für Fragen und Anregungen bereit. Was für jemanden der noch nie in der Gegend war, sehr hilfreich sein kann. Die Villa hat eine sehr gute Lage. Sie befindet sich in Zaton. Sehr zentral zu den nächsten Ortschaften Zadar (12km) sowie Nin (ca. 2 km) gelegen. Die Villa ist top gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Meer ist gefühlt direkt vor der Haustüre. (10m vom Haus entfernt) Tagsüber entspannten wir im Pool oder im Whirlpool (lässt sich auf Wunsch sogar beheizen.) und abends konnten wir den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang von unserer Dachterrasse aus bestaunen.😍 Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Und auf diesem Wege bedanken wir uns auch ganz herzlich bei Misela!❤

Wir ware als Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen im Alter von 25-29 Jahren für 8 Tage in der Villa Tamaria. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Misela empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber und ist bis ins Detail perfekt eingerichtet. Misela hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt, alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und stand uns während der ganzen Tage immer zur Seite, egal was war,sie hat sich gleich gekümmert,sowas ist wirklich Gold wert, wenn man in einem fremden Land Uraub macht. Das Haus steht in einer neuen Siedlung, drumherum sind noch wenig Nachbarn gewesen, vielleicht auch wegen Corona. Der Strand ist nur einige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Dort gibt es Sandstrand wie auch Kiesstrand, versehen mit Duschen und Umkleiden, alles sehr optimal. Außerdem gibt es auch eine Strandbar. Restaurant und Geschäfte sind eher mit den Auto zu erreichen. Tagsüber verbrachten wir die Zeit am Pool oder im Meer, abends entspannten wir auf der Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick.Wir hatten so einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa und können diese auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Und wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Misela!
We really enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Tamaria, it is a beautifully comfortable and spacious villa. We really appreciated the superior design and well thought out interior – use of colour, texture and materials.
We all slept well during the intense heat of August as the AC is very affective throughout the house and beds are extremely comfortable. After a couple of very active days we even sat together on the huge sofa and watched some movies. The living space downstairs is very spacious and served our party of 9 very well. We cooked in a lot, using large supermarkets on roads towards Nin and also Zadar to shop for food. But the local bakery is great and the two shops in Zaton are well equipped too. The pool is such a luxury, it was spotlessly clean and stayed like this throughout. The teenagers enjoyed night time swims with the coloured pool lights.
Misella who was there to greet us and also came when we left is incredibly helpful, totally accessible by mobile phone for any local knowledge or help. She is very friendly and cheerful, don’t expect this from every local you meet though! The villa was cleaned during our stay and clean towels provided and the option of fresh bed linen. The cleaners even scrubbed the bbq back to pristine condition. On our arrival the villa’s owner had very generously left us a ham and local cheese to arrive to. There was also wine, coffee and other essentials which made settling in after a very early morning flight very easy.
We found the Information kiosk and the Tour Agent in Zaton to be less than helpful! They spoke good English but were not verbally forth coming with information on local tours and interests - they preferred to hand out leaflets and typed information. Luckily the very friendly Villa Tamaria owner Ivan was in Zaton during our visit. He speaks perfect English and was very happy to make some calls and find a contact number for a boat rental company. Through this we hired a fabulous speed boat and skipper for the day and went on an amazing trip to the top end of Dugi Otok. We saw WW2 warship tunnels, swam in a cave and swam at some exquisite hidden beaches. It was pricey but very well worth it. Ivan did warn us that Zadar was currently over-run with huge amounts of tourists but we did venture there stupidly on one of the hottest days of the year. We melted and realised we should have left that visit to a cooler day. It’s pretty, sophisticated, has lots of boats doing trips and we heard the sea organ (too many people to get near the steps) and waked through the old part of the town too.
Nin was very pretty to visit, lots of water sports going on there. We ate twice at the recommended Mad Duck, good quality quick food and friendly service. We ate out at Marinero in Zaton, it was very nice, they served us even when we walked in at 9.30pm. We ate twice at Antica which is a lovely local restaurant with very local dishes, food and service is good, sea food and steak is amazing!
We did a kayak trip with a company called Riva Rafting Center – we had to drive over an hour inland to do this. The kayaking was hard work but well worth the effort. The river is beautifully cool and clean, there are some shallow rapids to help you along as it’s very tiring on your arms.
The beach near the villa is very clean, small but the villa is surrounded by sea water to swim in as there’s a lagoon on the doorstep too – it’s mostly very shallow and perfect for small children. This would be an ideal sight for someone to set up a hire company for kyaks and SUP’s as it’s perfect for this. We also covered ourselves in the Peloid mud which is supposed to be therapeutic – not sure about this but we had a lot of fun and did it several times!
We swam across the lagoon one day, instead of walking all the way round, and headed to Zaton Plaza where we found one section of the beach where we could hire pedalos. These were good fun and nice and safe as the water is not deep. It’s all very safe with speed boat and jet-bike areas all cordoned off.
The villa is situated at the opposite end of Zaton from a large holiday resort and this does not impact the villa at all. It’s on the edge of an area that is still developing, it is extremely quiet and so we got to really enjoy our own company with everything we needed right there. The roof top terrace is an exquisite space for a sundown drink before an evening meal. The sunsets and views make brilliant photographs and the light is very good for your own photo-shoots too!
The only call we made to Misella was to ask the pool maintenance man to come and turn the pool heating on, we had been warned that with the end of the heatwave tempuratures would be more bearable but with this the pool also cooled. He arrived within the hour and the pool was gently heated to perfection within a few hours.
It was a very happy two weeks for our family being able to completely relax and not worry about anything. The villa provided comfortable, attractive and safe accommodation in beautifully tranquil surroundings.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa verbracht und können die Villa mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten mit Anamarija eine sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechperson.
Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern: Sehr schön und vor allem hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir unzählige schöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt und die Kinder waren fast Tag und Nacht im Pool (obwohl das Meer nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist).
Die Villa liegt etwas Abseits vom klassischen Massentourismus, so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Allerdings muss man schon einen 20-30 Minuten langen Fußmarsch zum nächsten Restaurant in Kauf nehmen, was wir gerne gemacht haben, da es in der Konoba Antika sehr leckeres Essen gibt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Ich war mit insgesamt 10 Freunden in der Villa. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und haben auch Begrüßungspräsente bekommen.
Das Haus ist in einem 1 A Zustand und auch das Inventar ist sehr hochwertig.
Alles war sauber.
Misela war unsere Ansprechpartnerin, falls es Probleme gab und Sie war auch immer zu erreichen und konnte uns sofort weiterhelfen.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
