Beautiful family villa with pool in Central Istria

Located in the peaceful area of Central Istria, Villa Anton is a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. This charming villa was completely renovated in 2017 and has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 persons.
On the ground floor, you will find one bathroom, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. If you prefer dining outdoors, there is a covered terrace with a large table, overlooking the beautiful pool area. On the upper floor, you will find the bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds while others have a double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and one ensuite bathroom with a shower which is a part of the master bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a balcony with a view of the peaceful surrounding nature. Enjoy your holidays while soaking up the sun in the garden of this lovely villa, on your private pool with sun loungers and a cosy sitting area. The property is completely enclosed with walls, which makes the place more private, and also pet-friendly.

Villa Anton is located in a small village named Kringa, approximately five kilometers southern of Tinjan, a little town with a history going back all the way to the Iron Age, and today famous for local prosciutto. Central Istria is well known for its beautiful landscape, rich history, and gastronomy. It is a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing, yet just a short drive away from the beautiful coastline and touristic hot spots. Central Istria, with its rural area and small medieval towns, is ideal for those who like biking, cycling, and hiking. When it comes to gastronomy, this area is famous for virgin olive oil, prosciutto, and Malvasia, all of which are beloved throughout the country. Only a short drive from the villa is what it takes to visit coast cities like Porec and Rovinj, cultural treasures definitely worth visiting, with a large variety of bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches to offer. If you seek for more nature, don´t miss the Lim Bay, which has a protected landscape status.
