Villa Branko Istria is located near Svetvincenat, in the village Pusti. The villa offers accommodation for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and is ideal for a family vacation.

In a spacious fenced yard of 7000 M2, there is a private pool surrounded by lavender which is the perfect place to relax. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower by the pool. The garden also offers a badminton court, table tennis, football goals and a children's playground. There is also a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, living room, study/children's room, double bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The small, picturesque village of Pusti is located only a kilometer away from the old medieval town-monument Svetvincenat, the most dominant place in the southern part of central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the Castle Morosini / Grimani, the Renaissance Square, the hospitality of the locals, a wide range of traditional Istrian cuisine, fine wines and extra virgin olive oils. Well-preserved Roman architecture, untouched nature, historical and cultural heritage are a large part of the Istrian heritage and are easy to reach with a panoramic drive of 5-30 minutes. You will feel the ancient times as you explore the Roman amphitheater in Pula, the largest city in Istria, 3000 years old; on walks through Poreč, a flower of the Croatian coast known for the Euphrasian Basilica. Rovinj - the pearl of Istria, the most photogenic city in the Mediterranean will enchant you with its beauty, a city of art with the imposing church of St. Euphemia. We definitely recommend a visit to the Brijuni archipelago, the most famous national park in Croatia with a safari park and an 18-hole golf course.

Lovely modern villa in walking distance from a charming town with medieval history. Perfect hub to explore the charming cities the Istrian region has to offer. The host is very communicative and provides you with all the help you need. The villa has a nice spacious garden with a nice pool, badminton court and even a playhouse for the youngest onces. The villa has all the amenities you need for a carefree holiday. We can only recommended!
